Situated in Sarasota, this lovely house for £272 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to the Pineapple House Sarasota where location, quality, cleanliness and relaxation are key. Enjoy the pool and hot tub in your own private tropical oasis backyard while being only 5 miles to two world renowned white sand beaches including Siesta Key Beach and Lido Key Beach. Several restaurants, grocery and shopping are less than a half mile walk on the paved trail that runs along the East side of the house. The house has a beautiful resort like private backyard w large SOUTH facing solar heated pool (approx 24' x 17'), a hot tub, and gas fire pit in a fenced yard which is surrounded by lush palm trees. The serene backyard is perfect for lounging all day and cooking dinner on the Weber gas grill or walking to dinner. Kitchen is nicely stocked including Vitamix blender, pots and pans, mixer, dishes, etc. House has 3 bed and 2 baths which sleeps 8. The primary bedroom has a king and ensuite bath with walk in shower. One of the secondary bedrooms has a queen bed and the other a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle. The secondary bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub. The garage has a second refrigerator, pool floats, bikes, beach chairs, cart and umbrellas. ***Location location location… Best of both worlds- close to beaches, walkable to local restaurants and a few miles from famous downtown Sarasota restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Only 5 miles to the large SIESTA KEY BEACH parking lot and 6 miles to LIDO KEY BEACH. Both beaches have large public parking lots and a concessions stand with good hot food and refreshing frozen drinks (including alcoholic). Siesta Key Beach's sand is 99% quartz, which makes it white and powder soft. Siesta Key has two lively areas for dining..... The Siesta Key village and an another area by the South bridge. Grab your FISHING pole and head to the water, just 1.3 miles to the Siesta Dr - north bridge for fishing. DOWNTOWN is 2 1/2 miles away with restaurants, arts, shopping, Whole Foods and farmers market. Downtown has too many restaurants to name such as: Marina Jack’s, O’Leary Tiki Bar and grill, Owen’s Fish Camp, too many to name but a fun area to walk around and dine. Theater and arts are big in Sarasota. Check out the local theater events and shows. You can also take sightseeing boat cruises from the marina. LIDO KEY is just a couple miles from downtown. It is an exciting spot with lots to do including kayaking/stand up paddle boarding in the mangroves, hang out at Lido beach or stroll around the restaurants and stores of St Armands Circle. The Pineapple house Sarasota has a walking/biking trail that runs on the East side of the house. Just a short walk, less than 1/2 mile, and you’ll be at several restaurants (Rick’s French Bistro, Baker & Wife, Rendez-Vous bakery, Vino Vino, Fleming’s, Connor’s Steak and Seafood), Aldi, Crossings at Siesta Key mall w Macys and a Cinebistro dinner movie theater. Hillview area is just a mile away with restaurants, shopping, Morton’s Gourmet market and Sarasota Memorial Hospital. You can walk or bike to several close restaurants, mall (Macy's) or grocery stores (Publix or Aldi) A short 0.3 mile stroll on the trail that sides the house leads you to Baker & Wife restaurant with 4.7 stars on Opentable or go just 0.1 mile farther and you'll be at Connors or Fleming's Steakhouse. This updated clean house has a large private pool (approx 25'x17') in a large fenced yard with hot-tub and fire pit. The serene back yard is perfect for lounging all day or cooking dinner on the gas grill.. Less than 1 mile drive (only .4 mile walk) to Crossing at Siesta Key Mall which a CineBistro dinner movie theater. Close to downtown shopping and dining. Pool is solar heated which has some limitations, it can only heat about 7-10 degrees. The pool and solar panels are south facing. The hot tub is stand alone and can be heated to your desired temperature. My main focus is a clean rental. I have all linens - sheets, quilts, blanket, throw rugs cleaned between guests in an offsite industrial cleaner.

We loved our stay at this property. It was perfect for 3 couples. It was well appointed… it had everything we needed! The outdoor area was beautiful… palm trees, a pool and a hot tub! Loved the decor and layout. I hope we can return some day!

Fantastic family thanksgiving getaway- thanks to this amazing Vrbo rental. Location of this home was just what we were looking for. Quiet and private neighborhood, but close to the famous siesta key beach (which truly is a show stopper). And as a mother you are at ease knowing you are also near healthcare/hospital/urgent care andddd publix. The cleanliness, well stocked home, and communication with owner was perfect and so much appreciated. Everything is exactly as it is advertised. Pool and jazuzzi was used everyday and a huge hit wjth the teens. The home set up was also ideal for our family. i highly recommend this welcoming “pineapple house”

My family and I had a lovely stay at Christine's property. The house was warm and cozy - had everything we needed. Was clean and well stocked and if we ran into any problems Christine was quick to reply and solve the issue. I will 100% come back! The outside space of this house MADE IT. The pool was great and clean and we loved it!!

The house was the perfect vacation getaway. The house was very clean. The backyard was the perfect way to vacation with your own pool and hot tub. The backyard was private and very well kept. The house was ten minutes to Siesta Key beach and the villages. Would definitely recommend this house for vacation getaway. The host is great and was available if any issues came up. Would definitely stay again.

We came to Sarasota for a national swim meet for adults. My husband and son and I. We could warm up in the wonderful pool and cool down afterwards. Also, the spa was nice for our sore muscles. Plus, we brought our dogs and they too loved the pool and the yard. Exceptional yard like paradise and the beach is 10 minutes away with piney point a lovely place to watch the sunset five minutes away. Tons of eating places and Publix within 5 minutes. The house too was very nice. Great beds and shower and pretty kitchen with all you could want. Fantastic AC too. Plus a cool walkway next to the house to walk your dogs or take a leisurely walk...perfect location. Exceptionally quiet neighborhood!

The house was close to many restaurants and sights. There was a walking trail that was nice to walk into town, however, there were a lot of people and dogs that walked, but it was private with a fenced backyard and trees to cover. Christine was very good at communicating with us at check in. The pool was a nice addition for the kids!!

This property is amazing, so convenient to Siesta Key beach and Lido Beach. Both beaches within a short 13min drive. Very close to all the grocery stores and restaurants. House is super clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. The host is AMAZING! I cant say enough about how amazing Christine was during our stay and if anything needed attention she was so quick to fix. We are already booking again for next year. Beds are comfy and the property is overall one of the best we have stayed at. We love having the pool and the grill at our fingertips. We highly recommend Sharkey night led kayaking and siesta key watersports for parasailing and any other rentals. The airport is also a short 20 min drive. Thanks again Christine for the amazing stay! The pool is a great size. Was like bath water in mid-May. We were concerned it might not be warm enough to swim in this time of year- boy, we’re we wrong! We even did a night swim!
Lights around the palms were so frikkin cute.
Little amenities though out; vitamin blender, pool floaties, a cooler for the beach, many tolitries in cabinet (contact lens soliton, sun block, isopropyl alcohol, etc)
Tip for upcoming guests: stop for a bag of ice prior to checking in. No ice maker in freezer or prior guest may have had it off. Very very small thing, and not a complaint- just a heads up for those who go next. :)

The backyard is wonderful. The pool was fantastic, not that we really needed it but awesome feature of being able to warm pool a few degrees. Hot tub there for relaxation if getting bored with the pool. Great outdoor furniture for eating and hanging out. Didn't get a chance to use the fire pit but nice option if hanging with friends here! The house has many amenities which was nice when traveling and not needing to bring stuff. Especially for children/baby ie pack n play & bumbo. Also cookware, blender and glass storage for left overs, great feature if planning on staying in! Which we did all week. Loved this house, my kids loved the pool, the lock chain at top of door in the back to the pool area and security alarm when door is open is a fantastic feature for having small children here. The other great feature is the location. Very convenient and close to so many things and love the small bike path that goes next to the house. Small down fall is that they allow dogs here, and not all dog owners are courteous & cleanly.

We had an amazing time on our weekend Girls Trip to Sarasota! The house was in a great location and the perfect amount of space for the 5 of us. We loved the back yard so much we spent one of the days just hanging by the pool. I definitely recommend this house to anyone that wants to be near the Beach, as well as Downtown.

The master bed was a king size with firm mattress, and the second bedroom was double bed with extra soft mattress.

12 minutes to Siesta. 6 minutes to Selva and all the trendy restaurants. Perfect!! The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Many new or flipped homes. Walking trail next door.
House: the kitchen is literally want for nothing. How do I know, well we cooked an entire Thanksgiving meal here!!! Enough said. The back yard is again a want for nothing backyard. Great pool. Hot tub. Fire pit. Picnic table. Privacy. Palm trees. 3 bikes!! Excellent.

Super clean home with a beautiful, private fenced backyard. Had a great pool and hot tub too! Walked to dinner many nights and brought the kids bikes to use on the paved trail right next to the home. This was my 1st home away from home experience. & this Hotel mindset now says she’s never staying in a hotel again 😍. I had no clue! I kept asking if we were allowed to use the amenities or the fulfillment items. Absolutely Amazing! So much so that I must do it again during my 50th bday staycation.
