The home has recently been renovated and decorated by a published Architect and features original hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, a decorative historic fireplace, brand new appliances, cabinetry, and custom design features and art throughout. The main level of each unit feature an open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Area - flooded with natural light from the large windows. Each Kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances including a 5 burner gas range, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and a coffee and tea station. Enjoy dining al fresco on the dedicated outdoor dining table on the shared front porch, pull the 2 tables together for a larger group.
