The house was clean and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to feed hungry teenagers. Backyard was perfect for our furry family member. It had just snowed and the property manager made sure the walk ways were clear. Will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I came up with our boys (6,4 and 2) for a snowboarding/winter getaway trip. The house was perfectly situated for getting to/from Snowbowl. We were lucky to have snow fall during our stay and the boys levied playing in the snow in the yard.
Our host was fantastic and helpful, we will absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here and loved the location for all of our Flagstaff needs. We were able to cook and relax but still have fun downtown. Can’t wait to go back!

Visited our son who attends NAU and found the kitchen more than satisfactory for giving him some home cooked meals. The house was super clean. Plenty of parking for his roommates and friends to come over.

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, clean house! Everything was great:well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and living space and the back yard is a great hang-out after hiking or biking! Wonderful experience with host as well. Google doesn’t seem to understand that it’s on a one way. You may need to resort to “analog”.

Amanda was an excellent host! She was quick to respond as needed, and the check in and check out were so simple it almost felt wrong. She told us it was our job to enjoy our vacation and her job to make the house pretty:) We would stay with her again and again.

The property was clean and neat and just as described in the VRBO listing. The property manager was most helpful and supported our every need. We mistakenly left an item at the property when we left and the manager immediately gathered it up and mailed it to us....very help and kind....thank you! Really liked the location---so near to old town....easy access. Bottom lIne: it was just a comfortable place which made our stay fun!

Amanda has really done a nice job of updating and decorating this house. It's an older house but the inside is decorated in the cutest way. The beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. The full bath between the two bedrooms is pretty small but there is a separate half bath off the living room so we had plenty of space to get ready each day. The kitchen is plenty big. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here. Amanda was very responsive. Oh, and we arrived a little early for our daughter's graduation and were able to check in early. We appreciated that! So a pretty good stay! Thanks, Amanda!

House was a great location. Bathrooms were tiny, but was expected with an old house.

Overall nice, however I was just surprised how small the master bathroom is. Maybe all the houses and rooms are small in flagstaff downtown area. I'm not sure. If I will go flagstaff again, I will pay some attention on square feet and the built year.

We were so close to downtown. The property is cute, the bed comfortable and the decor relaxing. Everything we needed was right there. We'll stay again when in the area.

Plenty of room and a retro experience that was nostalgic yet had all modern luxuries you would hope to find.
Me andy brother took our daughters for a father/daughter skiing trip. Both girls were playing games while joking about the ski trip. We had breakfast and dinner together in the dining room and was able to get to snow bowl quickly which reduces stress of lines.
Walking distance was a good rental shop that we used. Host was a great comunicator. No surprises. Will stay again if it's available!
