Located in Flagstaff, this charming house for £126 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our guest house is just a few minutes from NAU, Downtown and all that Flagstaff has to offer. You will enjoy privacy and comfort in our brand new guest house that has a completely separate entrance and is not accessible from the main house. Enjoy peace in the pines with A/C, a comfy living room, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, full bath, washer/dryer, outdoor dining area, back porch with hammock and Adirondack chairs and your own full driveway. The guesthouse is perfect for your visit to Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. We are conveniently located 6 minutes from the Flagstaff Airport, 10 minutes to downtown Flagstaff and easy access to I-40 & I-17. The Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) trail is connected to our neighborhood, giving you access to wonderful biking, hiking, and running trails. This well-appointed guesthouse is ready for you! In addition to the two queen beds, there is a pullout couch that is a full size bed (good for kiddos). There is also a pack n' play for infants in the bedroom closet that is available, if needed. Our neighborhood is quiet, heavily treed, family friendly and the perfect place to take your dog for a walk. There is a neighborhood park/playground, as well as a school field and playground in the neighborhood that are great for children and pets. Please clean up after your pet in the yard, as well as in the neighborhood. You'll have an entire driveway to yourself. It is connected to our driveway, so please do not block the main driveway. The TV has a subscription to Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu that you are welcome to use. There are other apps on the TV (Amazon Prime, Redbox, HBO Max, etc) that you can sign in with if you have an account. We do allow dogs in our guesthouse for a fee. Due to allergies, we cannot accommodate cats. If you are bringing your furry friend, please let me know in advance, so I can prepare the place for you. You have the entire place to yourself, plus a private backyard and patio. This is a no smoking home (cigarettes, cigars, vapes, etc.). That includes outside the guesthouse. Loved this place. Great neighborhood, clean, modern guest house, and excellent communication with the host. Super dog friendly, especially with the private enclosed back yard. We went to Flagstaff to visit my daughter who is at NAU and due to the big snow storm prior to our visit we stayed in most of the time and cooked all of our meals. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the place was super cozy for all of us. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful. It was in a good, quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and had plates and utensils for my kids which was a bonus! I have no complaints and we would definitely stay again!

Super cute guesthouse in a great neighborhood. We were driving through flagstaff and stopped here for the night. We were very cozy and loved that the place was super clean and stocked with everything we needed. They even had dog stuff we could use for our dog and the backyard was perfect for him. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Lovely neighborhood and the hosts have created a really special cottage space. Super comfy and ideal for travelers with dogs as there’s a private yard and the neighborhood was great to walk with them.

Perfect property for 4 people. The location was convenient and the property was very clean and charming. Having washer and dryer on site a bonus along with detergent to use. Coffee was available which saved us a trip to the store. We received great communication before our visit.

We have stayed in 3-4 different 2 bedroom units in Flagstaff over the years and this was the cleanest and newest one we have stayed. Great location too for visiting campus - about 5 min drive. We found it to be private and comfortable and would stay here again without hesitation.

We loved our little weekend stay at this adorable little spot! It was in a beautiful neighborhood that we walked several times during our stay, the host was very communicative and helpful throughout, and the whole guesthouse was absolutely perfect! It was nicer in person and had comfy beds and everything we needed for the kitchen and laundry. The little backyard was perfect for my fiancés service dog who hunts lizards when not working and my sweet little boy dog who just likes to take in the scents and observe things going on around him. We would 100% stay here again next time we plan to be in flagstaff and it’s available!

This property was AWESOME. It was exactly what we were hoping for on our trip. It had a perfect sized yard for our pup after a long day of driving. Everything in the house was updated and looked great. It was conveniently located and the owner was great with communication. If we come back to Flagstaff this will be our first choice for a place to stay. I would absolutley reccomend staying at this property.

A home away from home in a beautiful neighborhood! The home is so quiet. The beds are very comfortable. We made this our home base for our day trip to Sedona. This was our last stop on our Arizona/New Mexico road trip before returning to Southern California. The owner alerted me about something left behind and was able to mail it to me. Wiish we could have stayed a little longer.

When I booked this place I did a lot of research on overall pricing including the cleaning deposit in relation to quality of property. This place delivered above and beyond expectations. It is new and furnished appropriate to what people need when staying temporarily. The owner was quick to respond to questions. We will definitely be back. 5 star in all aspects!
