This condo was exactly what we were looking for. I had 2 teenage girls. They had their own space. The view of the water was amazing even though it wasnt the gulf view from the balcony. We would definately stay here again!!!

We stayed 6 nights & enjoyed our stay! It is a very convenient location! We enjoyed all 4 pools at the hotel as well. Can't wait to go back & enjoy our stay again. Also the fountains last about 15 mins & they are very pretty!! They start at 8 o'clock

There was urine on the walls and floors around the toilets the floors were so dirty that our cold and shoes were black on the bottoms (neve mopped) we literally spent the first day washing sheets, towels, dishes, and cleaning cabinets etc before we would allow our kids to lay down or sit down. There was toothpaste splatter on the cabinet, and counter tops. When I say this place was nasty it was even a used cigarette bud on the balcony with their broken furniture. The chairs and furniture in the pictures are not accurate at all. They literally have metal outdoor not comfortable chairs for the kitchen table. The sofa is beyond worn and broken. The outdoor furniture was so nasty an burn stains etc I wouldn’t allow my kids or family to use it. The staff as rude and oh btw don’t rent a golf cart they won’t allow you to bring it on property not even to drop supplies off or your family. Oh and they will try to charge you $100.00 per wrist band if you loose it! Also if you don’t ware it (which we didn’t) they will harass you. It’s crazy we were there for a week and we’re not going to be subject to wearing a cheep plastic bracelet for our entire stay. This is absolutely the worst Vrbo we’ve ever done! Never again and we have photos of before we began cleaning.

This property was in the heart of PCB. Within walking distance of most needs. It was great to be able to have all our activities, dining and stores so close. The condo was perfect. We had 3 adult parents, 3 adult children and two small children and it fit our needs great.

My family had such a wonderful vacation. The condo was amazing and had everything you needed. Not to mention it was huge! The balcony was so big and had a private entrance from the master bedroom. The light show over the lake at night was beautiful. My kids really enjoyed that every night. It is just about a 5 min walk to the beach and is a really an easy walk. We stayed at the main pool the most and it was huge and nice. You are in walking distance to basically anything you could need. I could go on an on but we really had a wonderful vacation and we will definitely be back next year! You won’t regret staying here.

The location was pretty perfect - close to most of anything you would want to do while visiting. The layout of the condo fit our family’s needs; however, the condo itself was pretty dirty. The cleaning people clearly didn’t do anything outside if make the beds. The floors had spills, sand/dirt, grim, food, hair, etc. all over. The counters were sticky and dirty, the bathrooms had hair on the floors and in the shower and towels smelled like mildew. I know its hard to get good workers that do their job but I would not stay here again.
Condo community cons (not specific to this condo):
If you plan to rent a golf cart while staying in this condo community make sure you understand that you are not allowed on the condo property with the golf cart at all even with a parking pass. We rented one and big storm came through and we were closer to the condo then where we rented the golf cart so we tried to park there for 30 mins to wait the storm out and they made is leave and drive the cart in the strong winds and rain. It was terrible. They literally locked things down and had people in stairwells but sent my family of 5 away (with young kids) even though we were staying there. They said “rules are rules”. I understand rules but when the safety of people is at risk rules can be bent for a short time. Also, the community itself was a bit outdated and dirty. They don’t clean pools, elevators falling apart and exit signs broken. Again, this piece is nothing against the condo owner.

So we really liked the location close to the beach but as for the room itself the pictures on vrbo did not show the dirty washer, dusty/ black moldy refrigerator, the horrible black mold infested showers, and dusty baseboards . As a US military veteran I feel like the standard should be held higher, please find a better cleaning crew.

I spent a month in this condo and it was such a treat. There were a few issues that maintenance was sent to fix and everyone was very responsive. I will definitely stay here again!

Our feet were black as coal within minutes of being in this unit. The property owner committed to sending a housekeeper to clean the floors but never did. Disappointing. The housekeeper had spilled chemicals on the floor before we got there and left the bottle and the spill on the floor. Thankful we found it before our toddler did. Fan remote (the only way to control the fan) was missing its button batteries and the back of the remote was missing as well. We had to go buy replacement batteries. Ripped couch pillow, broken dishes, fridge that runs constantly, the cable in the bedroom doesn’t work. All minor but adds up when you’ve paid $$$ to be there. The chairs and umbrella we rented at the beach were a complete waste of money since Laketown Wharf doesn’t stop inconsiderate people from setting up tents and chairs right in front of you. It was a huge fight at the beach every morning but the guys at the shack have no authority. We won’t be back.

This was a very nice place to stay! I definitely enjoyed myself and so did my family! It was very spacious and very well decorated! Had a very beach like feel! The beds were very comfortable! The only complaint was the elevators were so slow! That was fine though! We just didn’t use them! =) I think I even lost a few pounds! =) Enjoyable!!! The whole place!!!

I had never had the chance to stay at such a nice property before even though we were only able to stay for 2 nights it was wonderful and so comfortable it felt like home away from home the owners were very nice we will definitely be making a trip again thank you so very much for allowing us the opportunity to stay have a blessed year

The condo was great but, only real complaint was that the elevators were not working correctly and we had to climb 6 flights if stairs several times to get to the pool and beach.

Aneliya is a great host - communicative, organized and stay was good value for money. The only mild ding is that some of the outdoor furniture, couch and pans are worn and needs a bit of upkeep/restocking. Location is A+ and easy ocean access makes it about a perfect value !

The property was nice. The rental was overall nice. Plenty of pools and right across the street from the beach.
The room was equipped with essential items for a few people.
The bedding was washed and clean but the floor was pretty gross. You could not walk barefoot from the room to the kitchen or bathroom without your feet turning a different color. When we switched to white socks, they quickly turned black. The sand was not the issue here. We had to have a washcloth at the bedside table to clean our feet each time we got up. To me that is unacceptable. The tub was slow to drain in the spare bathroom because of all the hair stuck in the drain. My wife opted not to fool with that cause it would eventually drain. If it had been our hair, that would have been a different story of course and would have no problem getting down in that drain and cleaning it. Both the couch and outside furniture was very worn and dirty. There were so many stains on each of them that in our opinion should be changed immediately. The couch inside was dirty with what looked like crumbles of potato chips. Very easy to clean but they didn't take the time to do so. Besides the lack of cleaning in the room, everything else was fine and we didn't let that get in the way of having a good time. If the owner changed cleaning services I believe the room would be top-notch.
Again, the room was nice but that's where it ended. We probably won't choose this place/room again though if they all use the same cleaning service.

Aneliya was a great host, she made everything so easy for check-in/ check out. Instructions were very clear & she communicated great. She even gave us a list of things to do & where to eat in the area. Most things are pretty much walking distance. The area was great & perfect for our vacation. Beach is just across the street! The balcony view is BEAUTIFUL! Only thing was the floor was so sandy and dirty! My socks were black after walking around a few hours. Other than that, this place was clean & gorgeous.

We are so glad we decided to book our stay here. The beach is a 2 minute walk across the road near Wet Willys. The garage offers plenty of parking. The room is spacious and clean. Coyote Ugly and a great 24 hour pizza place are also a very short walk away. On this trip I did not want to have to drive at all so again, the location was perfectly located for all I wanted to do. If and when I visit PCB again this will be my first pick. Don't pass this one up!

This property was just as listed. The condo was clean, spacious, was on the last floor for the catwalk to the parking garage (great asset), had multiple pools to choose from, and the location was great for the beach, shops, and restaurants. I would not recommend the food at Pineapple Willy's across the street. There is better seafood elsewhere. Do go to Diego's (great Mexican) and The Shrimp Basket. We had a great time. I would stay at this condo again!

Home was huge, bigger than I expected. You can catch the sunrise off the balcony which we woke up at 5am to do. Very clean and equipped with just about everything you need to whip up a quick breakfast or even a great dinner. The beach is about a 3 minute walk from the room. Aneliya provides all the information you might need for check in and a list of restaurants and locations she recommends on you visit.
