Quiet ground floor appartment behind the street. Large living room, individual bedrooms, cleaness. Close to S-bahn station, quick access to the city center and the main attraction points of the city.

Location
Apartment Floor was a bit noisy.

Room was clean and very well-located, and had a good coffee machine.
Host knocked on the door earlier than the agreed checkout time. We agreed on 11am but she was already knocking 10 minutes earlier.
The plug to the bathtub was unfortunately also not provided. It gives the impression that the host do not want guests to use the bathtub to reduce water costs.

Fantastic location, spacious apartment with plenty of space for our group. All the facilities you could need were provided by the apartment and the host that greeted us was friendly and helpful. Definitely would book again.
Tiny thing - could do with replacing the pillows, they are thin and a little lumpy. Other than that the apartment was great.

Located in bustling neighbourhood, it felt safe. It was well equipped and very clean.
Unfortunately there was a lingering smell of smoke, possibly from previous guests, but it persisted for our 4 day stay.

Our host gave us a personal introduction to the flat, was available on site for quick problem solving which turned out not to be necessary, provided amenities like basics for cooking, a full set of great cooking utensils, even coffee beans for the automatic coffee machine.
The apt is in a residential neighborhood with plenty of shopping/window shopping, the courtyard is full of bikes, there’s even a superb playground for little kids. The property has the typical Berlin front and inside /back courtyard bldgs. The flat is in the first courtyard so protected from street noise - it is quiet without being lifeless (kids are out playing when not in school).
The neighborhood has a grocery chain and terrific health food store just steps away from the flat.
We were able to cook decent meals as much as we wanted.
Multiple means of public transport in the immediate vicinity. A bike rental a couple blocks away (Kulturbrauerei) we availed ourselves of. There are countless small & affordable restaurants & pubs nearby.
We had a week with hot weather and humidity. The flat heats up during the day. We managed the heat in the flat with fans - so in the end no worries.

The apartment was very spacious and the furniture and facilities well thought out and placed. Stayed with a group of 5 and never felt cramped. The location was a bit far out from the center of the city- so the Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island etc were about a 30-40 minute train ride away. HOWEVER, the apartment itself is very conveniently located right by the subway station, and the neighborhood where the apartment was located had a large number and large variety of different restaurants, interesting stores, and near Mauerpark where the Sunday flea market takes place. So if you're here for a short time and here mostly for sightseeing, choose a place closer to the city center. But if you're hear for the long term like my group was, it was a wonderful neighborhood to stay the week in.
ONLY issue is that it's located a bit far from the center of the city. But the lovely neighborhood definitely makes up for it and didn't feel like a big issue at all because the apartment itself is located so close to a tram stop.

The host was amazing - gave a lot of input.

The appartment is clean and spacious. There was a wonderful coffee machine and they left enough coffee for the stay. The lady who welcomed us was really nice and they didn't have any problem to wait for us even when we arrived quite late due to a delay in our flight.
The area is convenient, there are many restaurants and shops, a supermarket in front of the appartment and several tram and metro stations.
There were not toiletries, just hand soap. It would be nice to have at least some gel and shampoo.
Even if the days were sunny and hot, it was still somehow cold inside the appartment.
It is weird that the only payment option is cash. You have to bring an absurdly big amount of money with you.

Closed to the public transports. spacious and cozy.

great location. easy communication. clean. comfortable bed. quiet place.
it’s not a place to actually stay indoor aside from sleeping. very uncomfortable couch. kitchen a bit too basic. no decent shower. but if you plan to go out all the time this is a great place.

Good location, kind staff
Very dark room, loud hallway with many tenants entering and leaving property, no kitchen fan above stove, very bad cell phone service (needed to leave room to make calls), awkward kitchen (hard to access items in fridge)

The offer is perfectly described and everything is as in the pictures. You even have the floor plan of the apartment, so you know what you expect. The location is also marked, and you have good connections with public transport. What is not written is that the apartment is located inside a closed and locked courtyard (you get a key from the main gate), with a children's playground. It is safe and very quiet inside, so you are isolated from the noise from the street. For families with small children, this is paradise.
The kitchen is equipped with basic things, so we had everything we needed. In particular, it should be noted that the internet was excellent, there were five of us and everyone had a mobile phone connected without any problems.
I have nothing to complain about, but I can still single out two things: The floors creak when you walk, not too loud, but I'm just not used to it. Another slightly more important thing is that the apartment was quite cold when we arrived. The heaters were warm all the time .... but only after the second day of the stay the temperature was pleasant. It is possible that no one was there before us and that the heating was turned off, so it took time for the space to warm up, especially because the ceilings are high.

excellent quiet location in Prenzlauer Berg near Cafés, Restaurants, shopping centre public transport (M1 tram at your doorstep, U2 train and Sbahn train). Excellent assistance and support by Frau Hoffman waiting for us to arrive and washing our clothes.

Location was excellent for us. Very quiet. Clean
Bedroom was not what we expected. Pictures were of multiple rooms. Should have specific pictures. Bed was against wall and you had to crawl over the other person. Tough for older couple. Couch was uncomfortable

It was quiet to sleep and spacious for 4 people. Central location and easy to travel.to famiky and friends.
Sinks and bath had drainage issues, shower holder was loose, pillows were worn and flat.

Pretty good location. Easy to get to from the train. Good restaurants in the area. About 15-20 min train ride to main sight seeing areas.
The host requested that we pay cash at check in which I was not comfortable doing considering I gave my credit card to book the apartment. The apartment description said that there was a washer and dryer, but there was no dryer. Just a drying rack.

fantastic location, 2-5 min. walk from2 u-bahn stations, supermarkets, Mauer park and lots of restaurants. nice and safe neighborhood. quiet apartment, located inside an enclosed block. comfortable for family up to 3 children. the manager was available thru whatsapp whenever we needed.
there are 2 bedrooms, so the larger bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed. the apt has washing machine but doesn't have a dryer. the kitchen is a bit small.

Everything was good, the apartment was big, clean and cozy, a very good location, and a friendly owner that gave us insider tips for what to see, supermarkets and bakery's.
We would definitely consider staying there again
There was nothing to complain about

Very good and popular location, plus very good access to public transportation (tram stop almost in front of the building, both U-bahn and S-bahn stops are conveniently close). Connected yard between buildings with a small playground, two exits one from front street another one from back street. Many shops, coffees, street food restaurants in the area and BEAUTIFUL BUILDINGS!!!
Flat is in an old building and has squeaky floor (this was annoying). And it's on the ground floor (so that flat is darker and cooler than in upper floors) - however this was a positive side when we had July heat in Berlin.
Could not pay by card (but we agreed using PayPal).

The apartment was excellent & despite being on a busy thoroughfare it was incredibly quiet & peaceful. The area is cool & beautiful with loads of great places to eat etc. Our host welcomed us outside the property despite the fact we were several hours late due to a delayed flight, & was extremely helpful with advice about the city & was available by phone throughout our stay. I would totally recommend this as a place as a base to enjoy Berlin.
There was nothing to find fault with at all.

The apartment is in a really good location. It was very clean. You can see that they really care hosting. Would stay there again.
Wifi is not so good. Also you have low reception on your phone. But hey you are in Berlin. Go out and have fun!

Practical and comfortable (we were 4 adults). It was extremely cold weather and the heating and hot water were more than adequate.
Pillows!
Too few coffee mugs to use the dishwasher.
Kitchen was compact. OK for breakfasts and ordered meals but preparing a main meal would be challenging.
