We had such a wonderful stay at the cabin and would do so again! It was so close to town, the setting is gorgeous and the cabin was cozy and had enough to keep our whole extended family happy. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Plenty of room for our family of 9 ages ranging from 18-80. Plenty of room for all of us and 2 small dogs. Location is great and common areas in house offer ample room to have everyone together. We saw a bear! It was a perfect setting for our trip and was enjoyed by all.

Everything was awesome. I would like to recommend some much needed improvements the couch beds- the one on the second level is broken and not functional . The other 2 are very uncomfortable. The towel rack was broken on the 3rd floor bathroom. Tv in the bunk bed doesn’t work/ remotes need batteries. Wi-fi was terrible! Besides that we enjoyed our stay, we will definitely stay again. Location was perfect, we had 2 bear encounters

We had a great time at the house. It's a great location in Gatlinburg super close to town and the shopping. The house is near the bottom of the mountain so no scary drive up the mountain. We got to see 2 black bear, both came right up to the lower patio for a close up view. I would stay at this house again for another family vacation.

We had a wonderful trip! The pictures really don’t do this place justice. It was so private but close enough to do all the things we wanted to do without driving too far. We will definitely be returning!

Nice cabin with excellent communication from Natural Retreats. Apparently not great communication from owner to rental company. Hopefully that will improv, as they said this was a newer property for them to manage. No Wifi at this property. There was an attempt to fix this but it was last minute, no notice and I didn't feel comfortable with them in the rental with no one there... There was also a rodent issue that I brought to their attention but zero follow up. Overall was a nice cabin. All the space with separate bedrooms for everyone. Needs some updating and there were a lot of insects (millipedes etc) in the lowest level. Bring your own drinking water as well!
