The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25. After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages. Our home is stocked with a 2 day Home Supply Starter Kit including: Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom Two rolls of paper towels, 4 laundry pods, 4 dishwasher pods, 1 new dish sponge, 1 small liquid dish soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand soap, 2 Kitchen Garbage Bags. Please add these items to your shopping list if you will be staying longer and need additional supplies.
