This home is located right near beautiful Lake Pagosa, a short drive to restaurants & shops, and a few miles from downtown Pagosa Springs. Wolf Creek Ski Area is just 30 minutes away. In the home we you’ll find good Wi-Fi and plenty of games including a ping pong table, darts & corn hole. It is pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. The interior is tastefully furnished. There is a queen master bedroom, a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed. Two full bathrooms with a shower/bathtub. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests and would require an air mattress (we will provide upon request). ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES. This home has A/C. This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max.
