This place is wonderful, not only is it beautifully decorated but there is even a Nespresso machine, Sonos speakers, Apple TV, .. Also, the host Michael was super accommodating. Even though he had guests scheduled to arrive on the same day of our departure, he arranged for a late checkout and also gave us tips for where to go in the town/what to do.

This is an absolutely gorgeous home: warm, welcoming, generously equipped (even with a delicious local wine!).
We had a lovely time, and my daughter liked playing with the thoughtfully stocked toys. Thank you so much!

We stayed with our two young children (infant and toddler), and this property was absolutely phenomenal! Very family friendly, spacious, cozy, and well thought out design. Great location in SLO as well! Michael was a superb communicator and always responded promptly. This will be our go-to rental for future trips to SLO moving forward!

Very well appointed, stylish and relaxing home. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into the renovation and ensuring a great guest experience. Very well equipped including kitchen implements, tea, coffee and other basics. Good location and everything walkable. Highly recommend by Family Brookes 😃

We absolutely loved the railroad house and the entire area. Our host was thoughtful and provided everything we could have imagined! Lovely furnishings and amenities. We look forward to returning soon!
