The house and yard were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the backyard was breathtaking and the small community was quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect: just a short trip to Cork and an even shorter one to Kinsale, where we had multiple outings.

The views - oh my gosh! I didn't book it for these, we were going to nearby attractions (Charles Fort, Ross Castle, Muckross Abbey). But Sandy Cove is an utter miracle in the morning... we did have amazing weather. But what a spot! Great house, very comfy, great deck, great fridge and oven and stove.
Light switches hard to navigate and we lost power overnight for some reason and needed to find the powerboard - thankfully the hosts got back to us quickly.

the outside space and location were great, near to Kinsale without being in the busy center. Walkable to the coast, though it was a big hill

No breakfast provided. I didn't meet the hosts. but through booking.com, the instructions where to find the key was cleared. Loved the house with fabulous viewing (fortunately beautiful weather).
Nothing.
Only very little - there were no toilet rolls available as I am sure it was slightly overlooked. it is no major issue.

very quiet - short drive into Kinsale and great view - well decorated
no WiFi code info listed - TV connection was problematic. I eventually resolved the issue by unplugging to reboot the software

Spotlessly clean, peaceful and with stunning views over the sea. Play equipment in the garden for the kids was a real bonus
Only recommendation would be if hosts could provide a pint of milk and tea/coffee as a brew would have been very welcome after a long journey and nearest shop is 10 minute drive away

liked the view and location.
The garden was very good for kids, other than it been monitored by two cameras remotely.
The woodlice in our grandchild's bed and in the main bathroom.
Saucepans need to be replaced, plastic glass ware is unacceptable .
For 8 people not enough plates and cutlery.
No mattress pillow protectors also very bad quality pillows and duvet.
Two bath towels for each room for the week one hand towel in the shared bathroom for the week.

The bed in the front double bedroom. It was creaky.

Spacious, clean, quiet with everything you could ask for. The breeze house is perfect for outdoor dining. Also has a large patio and garden which are ideal for families. No complaints.

The garden and the children's play area were great. The BBQ and the outdoor eating area were very good and helped us to enjoy the outdoor space. The large couches and big coffee table were perfect for enjoying the indoor space.
The shower in the ensuite had no hot water. The mattresses were of very poor quality especially in the double room. The curtains in the double room were too thin and kept no light out, made it very hard to put a child asleep, we had to put bin liners up to try and darken the room. The lack of seating / deck chairs out the back meant the large paved area was not really of use.

The view from the property was super and beautiful. The house looks exactly like the photos and the cupboards were well stocked with utensils that you needed. The layout of the house works very well and my children really enjoyed the large spacious garden with the slide and swing set. There was plenty of hot water and towels to use in the property we brought our own for the beach. There is plenty of cupboard space for clothes to hang in and there was extra pillows and duvets in the cupboards also. There is a smart TV in the living room which is connected to the wifi and we were able to log into our own apps for access. This was really handy especially when travelling with smallies. The property is about 9 mins from the village of Kinsale and the closest beach is about 5 mins away.
We didn't receive the booking email with all the access details in it so had to contact the owner which was inconvenient. The bunk beds in the smaller room are a great size but a little wobbley so the top bunk may not be suitable for smaller children the bottom was perfect. The bed in the front double room has the squeakiest of mattress but was still comfortable to sleep on.
