Relax e benessere

Consigliatissimo se cercate relax e benessere, un parco acquatico termale che riesce a soddisfare i grandi e piccini. Ottimi i vari servizi di cosmetica, SPA e ristorazione all’interno della struttura. Staff cordiale

Consiglio di rinnovare i materassi e la biancheria dei letti, scomodissimi e ormai datati. Set di cortesia gradito ma insufficiente per tutto il soggiorno.

Alles in allem zum weiter empfehlen wir fahren sicher wieder hin.

Die Therme ist schön schade dass so viele Becken leer sind. Die Unterkunft war auch in Ordnung und nicht weit der Therme

Beim WC lief hinten Wasser raus und die Kaffeemaschine war schon sehr verkalkt. Schade das es kein Geschäft in der Nähe gibt wo man Lebensmittel fürs Frühstück kaufen kann

The pool was quite big, and the dinner, breakfast was included.

The bed was too small that it was impossible to fit in more than one person in the bed. The pool was not really clean. For the meal, the food was running out, so everyone was grabbing it before anyone else take it.

Generaly it was ok

The pools and the food was great.

We thought we will be staying in the main facility, but we got a room in one of the side buildings. Furniture from the eighties the room mini bar was empty also it was 150 meters from the spa. we had to dress up in winter clothing to go to the main building.

Not a good experience

Nothing

The pools are not clean, the food is cheap and not good. The pictures don’t show the reality of this spa. It didn’t justify the money spent for staying at this place. The only thing that was the same as the pictures is the room.

great stay for our family

Rich breakfast, access to thermal pools even late in the evening, comfortable rooms i.e. apartment, good beds, great stay for our family

Curtains in one of the sleeping rooms let the light in; a bit noisy (we could hear the neighbours)

Nice, relaxing, but you'll surely be awake at 7 am

Food was okay, the room was a nice size, bathroom clean. It was comfortable being in the same building as the spa. The spa's nice, 2 hot pools outside were open.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Soundproofing is very limited. We could hear everybody stomping along the corridor and the neighbors talking in their bathroom and couldn't sleep after 7 am.

The wellness is large and well equipped, but...since the external visitors can use the whole place during the whole day, you don't really enjoy any benefit of being a hotel guest. All is fully packed mostly with the externals. We were here late autumn hence can't rate the outside pools. The only pool where you could swim out was out of order. Room is clean and well equipped.

There is no lobby where you could enjoy the evening after the dinner. The restaurant closes at 9pm, so later, you can stay in the room only. Staff seems overall bored and not really hospitable. Meals at the restaurant are packed in very small area, despite there are 3 rooms. Not to mention that one day a birthday party was held in same space where hotel' guests had dinner.

Poor

the hotel was a big disappointment.for a price of 130 ero per night(half board),wich is high price for these areas in hungary for 4 stars hotel.the hotel was far away from 4 stars.maximum 3 stars.first we got the room with out any explanation where no.ini no indication out of the rooms for the room no. the bread in the dinner was not fresh.the all place looks like old and poor style. for what we paid we could get much higher level even in austria.will not come again!!! . is the exact location,and how to open the room with the card(you need to be an engineer to succced.

Nice place

Quiet area, nice atmosphere around the hills. We were in the Hertelendy house’s room. Room was ‘ok’ , necessary painting. Breakfast and dinner amazing! Highly recommend!
