The food on the mountain restaurant is a bit limted and a bit pricy.
A few years ago there was fish and chips not any more.
Once I had ramen at the Blackomb restaurant and it was bad..

Good basic hotel in a great location right by the gondolas. Restaurant and bar were good, room was huge with comfortable bed. Staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
The hotel was a bit of a maze, and it would have been helpful if the various exits had signs indicating which landmarks we were going to emerge near. Pool and hot tub could have been cleaner- there was some debris at the bottom.

Pool & hot tub area could have been bigger. Upgrades needed.

Location was excellent!

The food was good especially at the bar. The pool was great and beds were very comfortable.
The service at the restaurant could have been better. It was evident that guests arriving for breakfast closer to 10am were not particularly welcome. We are paying to stay there so it would help to be a little flexible and welcoming.

Loved the kitchenette in the room. Proximity to Whistler village was amazing. Hotel is very clean and friendly. Large room sizes.
Parking was insanely priced. Wifi didn't work half the time.

the hotel location is perfect, just beside the Olympic Gondola, and the facilities are awesome.
I had a problem with the concierge and, despite the attendant's politeness, there was a completely unprepared young man, with whom I ended up having a more heated argument, to say the least.

I liked the location and amenities.
For the price I was expecting a more updated hotel.

They refunded one night’s stay when my flight was canceled and I came the next day. I didn’t expect that and I was pleased.
No parking. I was sent to a full paid parking spot. Eventually parked at Lot 5 on the other side of the town.

Location was perfect. Right in the heart of the village. Hotel was only steps to the gondolas
I was extremely disappointed that none of the doors I had to access had wheelchair buttons for the doors. Garage and pool deck areas

Having a kitchenette for breakfast in the room
The pool area was dirty even the pool water and hot tube water weren't in the qualities we expected. The hot tubes were a playground for the children for the whole day. We would have appreciated that at least in the later evening hours were no more playing children in the pool area or that the rules were respected.

Close to the village
The breakfast was less than satisfactory. The coffee was horrible and the eggs were not as ordered. The sausages were cold and tough. The toast was cold and looked like it was only toasted on one side. The butter was hard enough to tear the bread.

the service was great, the room was well equipped with what we needed for a great family vacation.

This hotel is perfectly located a very short stroll into Whistler village and all the wonderful aspects of this beautiful location. The rooms are clean and spacious with all the amenities you need on site. The staff were friendly and the price was very reasonable
Nothing

Central location to village stores, restaurants and skiing.

Two bedroom suite was very big and felt like an apartment. Coffee machine worked well and was regularly restocked with pouches. Summit/Hilton Ski valet was a great service and location to school ski school was a huge benefit in the mornings. Cinnamon Bar was a nice relaxed place to chill.
Pool was OK but not amazing. Pool changing areas were very small and dirty and need upgraded. We ordered logs for the fire several nights in a row and they didn’t arrive, even after placing 3 phone calls to guest services.

a little pricey

It is absolutely ridiculous to offer the same room for the same price, one breakfast is included and the other is not. This is very tricky and it confuses while reserving!!!!!

the location is great - right by the gondola’s - and easy access to bars and restaurants in the village. The rooms were really large compared to European ski hotels which was great. The staff were all super lovely and helpful too.
it’s definitely in need of a facelift - it’s looking old and tired. The kitchenette could also do with more pots/pans/cooking accessories/bowls/plates - basically everything you need to cook for more than two people for more than one night. the pool area is bland. And the additional $25 per day “resort fee” (a fee for using the hotel facilities!!) really annoyed us as we went to check out. It’s not an optional charge even if you don’t use the pool/ski valet - so it should just be included in the room charge. Booking.com don’t even mention it. Ohh - and just because you book a room advertised as having views of the mountains, apparently its ‘not guaranteed’. we found this out when we were checked into a room that overlooked nothing but the hotel next door and the bins (and delivery trucks). After raising it with the check in staff they kindly moved us to the 7th floor the next day which had lovely views - but it’s poor and misleading advertising by Hilton. If the room isn’t going to have a view as advertised, give it a different room category so guests get what they expect/have paid for. We didn’t fly all the way to Canada just to look out at Bin and delivery trucks and people getting changed in the hotel rooms opposite. We would have chosen a different hotel had we known the Mountain View’s ‘weren’t guaranteed’

Location was great. Close to the gondolas. That said, anywhere else in Whistler would have been as accessible. So there wasn't a real need to stay so close to the gondolas and pay extra.
The hotel and facilities were old. The room was really dusty as well. We had rashes from the stay. Subsided only after taking antihistamines. In addition, the thermostat only heated a partial part of the room which meant the room temperature was quite erratic.

Breakfast was overpriced 2 coffees 2 bowl of oatmeal 50 dollars , house keeping staff was awesome , Ice machine did not work on most floor .

Location perfect. Staff friendly and amenable.
Suite wasn't good value for money. Dated fittings in bathroom and kitchenette.
Discovered on way back to London that girlfriend developed bite marks consistent with bed bug bites, the issue is due to be raised with the hotel.

limited kitchen facilities in the apartment
