Estadia tranquila e confortável!

Localização excelente, acesso direto a restaurantes, padarias, supermercados, farmácia e gôndolas para as montanhas de esqui. Apartamento bem mobiliado. Camas confortáveis com roupa de cama de boa qualidade.

A very pleasant stay in a convenient location that gave us access to everything we wanted to do.

It was easy to check in and do an early luggage drop off.

It was a bit of a ‘roundabout’ path to get to the lift for our floor.

Great location, close to everything!

The location is great. Close to shops, supermarket, bar, pharmacy & ski lifts. Nice view of the mountain too. Never found the hot tub but apparently it’s on level 2. Great kitchen, had all we needed. Air con was a plus.

The walls were a bit thin, we had loud neighbours who came back each night at 2am and woke us up. Usually that is us but one of our party fell ill so we had early nights.

Tolle zentrale Unterkunft mit nettem Personal

Es gibt nur ein Plümo fürs Doppelbett. Anders als in Deutschland sind die Plümps nicht bezogen sondern haben nur ein Laken darunter. Man muss immer gucken nicht mit dem Plümo in Kontakt zu kommen in dem auch schon andere geschlafen haben.

Great find!

Very clean. Comfortable bed/bedding. Plenty of things to use in the kitchen. I was surprised that there was a washer / dryer. We didn't need to use them, but good to know for recommendations and possible future renting. Could hear the neighbors only a little bit. The rooms seem to be decently soundproofed. Fast wifi. No bad smells in the hall/room from carpets (I've stayed in a lot of hotels lately and many of them have very smelly hallways because of dirty carpets). Loved that the tab was a jacuzzi, this was also a surprise. My husband had a jacuzzi bathtub and he was really happy about that. Also loved that there was a place to hang dry in the tub. I'm not sure if this is a part of a stay or maybe left from the last people who stayed, but we found a few mini individual creamers left in the fridge and we used them for our coffee the first night we stayed there. If this is not a part of the hotel feature, it definitely should be! :) But maybe put more creamers and also more sugar :p There were six creamers and four sugars. Loved this place and will recommend.

Could not control the fireplace manually. It seemed to be attached to a thermostat and only kicked in randomly. I booked this place for an anniversary with my husband and planned to use the fireplace specifically for ambiance. We were unable to have it going at any point that we actually wanted it to be on. The light for the filter needing to be changed for the fan/heater/air conditioner was on when we arrived and the machine was very loud. When we turned on the thermostat near the entrance to turn on just the heaters that are on the bottoms of the walls, the whole room smelled like burning dust so we had to turn those off and use the loud machine. We happened to walk by the hot tub and noticed it was drained/not in use and we were not notified of this beforehand in an email or when we checked in. I called the front desk multiple times from the phone in the room about all of these issues and no one ever answered. It just rang until I gave up.

Three minute walk to lifts but quiet & comfortable

Location was superb; 3 minute walk to lifts. Comfortable beds. Well-appointed kitchen.

Hot tub was out of order.

App almost screwed me.

The staff helped me with a website issue that failed to accommodate me after i quickly rebooked a trip to the same place when the prices went down. Should really look into that. I'm lucky they still had the room.

Sheets and bedding clean but loose. Kept coming off. Probably just old. Give em new stuff.

Service was the best part. The staff was awesome and the tech responded asap to fix minor issue with the property. Location is the best you can get - centre of the village and we got awesome views from our window, of the mountain :-) Great value for money!! Parking was right underneath the building

Whistler trip

Great location, nice staff, nice rooms.

Lack of equipment for staying a few nights, 1 tea towel, 1 cloth etc. Be nice to have had a couple.. limited equipment to cook a meal, just needed a few more utensils! Sofa bed was awful, uncomfortable.

Great location for a weekend get away at Whistler.

Location. Right in the center of Whistler village. Plus dedicated underground parking with elevator access to room

The noise from people out on the village walk. Screaming and shouting till early morning after leaving the clubs and bars. The room we had seemed to be in a location where the noise was exceptional

Great location in a slightly dated facility but overall a good value.

Location was great

The facilities were a little run down. Could use a little spruce up. The room was sauna hot the entire stay which made it difficult to sleep and hang out in the room. Even with the heat and fireplace off the entire time, even with the small AC unit and/or window we couldn’t cool it down.

Affordable accomodation if you can tolerate a few discomforts

Convenient location to the village and ski lifts.

Hot tub has been out of service for over 6 months. Outdated and in need of a major renovation. Building elevators are old and creaky. Our room was next to one of the elevators and you could easily hear the creaking gears and cables each time it was used. Have stayed here a couple of times but I think this will be the last.

Do not stay in suite 4402. Other suites are great. This one is bad.

Good location

The room had a terrible smell as if past guests smoked cigarettes in the unit then tried to cover it up with air fresheners. All the clothes in my suitcase reeked like smoke after. I complained to Vacasa and they did nothing about it. The room had one tiny window so barely any natural light. What a depressing room that smelled terrible.

Overall, the stay is good

Location and staffs are great. Room is equipped with kitchen is another advantage

The closet and entry door are hard to close. And the window insulation is not good so you could hear outside noisy easily.
