The owner/host was amazingly nice and easy-going. Communication was excellent. She gave several recommendations for fun hikes in the area, and encouraged us to use the herbs and vegetables growing in her garden for our dinners. I loved watching and feeding the rescue animals on the property. The property is extremely relaxing, particularly watching the hummingbirds at the feeders in the mornings and evenings. We also appreciated having a grill on the porch for dinners, and watching the sunsets in the evenings from the adirondack chairs or swing.

Donna was so helpful and friendly. Our kids loved the goats and horses on site. Gorgeous spot.

I loved the look and feel of the place. It is so quaint. It is the type of place I would stay for a week not just a night. Lovely place and very nice owner.

The location is beautiful! Scenery was fabulous! So quiet! We had a rainy night so raindrops on the metal roof were most soothing to fall asleep to. On a clear night the stars would be fabulous! Host was cheerful and friendly, a pleasure to talk to!
Only item missing was a tea towel for drying the dishes. I’m sure we could have gotten one if we had asked! Certainly nothing to cause concern!

A very nice and secluded area surrounded by the energy of nature. Very welcoming and happy staff as well. I was pleasantly surprised when I first saw my cabin because it was a lot nicer than I imagined.

The views are amazing, being able to do a BBQ looking to the mountains is unbeatable. We also saw a lot of mockingbirds and deers. Bed and kitchen were comfortable. We would for sure come back again. Thanks for everything!
Wifi was not very strong, but we assume this could happen being in the middle of the mountains, so no big issue!

Mountain view was spectacular. Friendly dogs, goats and miniature horses added interest. Many hiking trails were a bonus.

Lovely log cabins with mountain view close to town and the owner was kind, welcoming and informative.
Just a one night stop over on our travels but would certainly return.
The owner also does amazing crafts and I am kicking myself not picking up a wool picture I saw!
Google took us on a weird route into place, so just follow road not forest lane!!

We arrived a bit later than expected, but the host left a light on for us so that we could find our way easily in the dark. The cabin was clean, spacious, and welcoming - better than expected! In the morning, we visited with the dogs and sheep (unexpected but delightful), and also got a glimpse into the little shop that carried homemade felt accessories (such as scarves, wall pictures, bookmarks, hats) that were made from the wool of the sheep on the premises. Communication between us and the host was quick and positive. And the views from the cabin were lovely!
The only thing that could be better was providing a slightly larger table fan - luckily we had one along, which helped keep a good breeze in the cabin.

These cabins are the cutest thing! It feels like you are camping but with all the comfort you can get. Everything you need is there! Donna was very accommodating with our check in and I love her dogs!!
Bed could have been a bit comfier! Wish there was a regular sized fan in the bedroom as the mini table fan didn't do much..

We had a brief stay here as we were passing through to Jasper but wished we could’ve stayed longer! Beautiful rustic cabins with amazing view of mountains. The owner was very friendly and gave us great recommendations - one of them leading us to see a wild bear for the first time! Hope to be back one day.

This was a terrific resort. Close to town yet felt remote and was extremely quiet. Sandy and Donna were welcoming hosts and provided a lot of excellent information about the many attractions in the area. It was a wonderful 3 day stay. Really good Covid practices.

The views were superb, the Cabins were very nice, and the owners were very helpful.
Just a little way out of town, but that's not too much of a worry.
