Wonderful

Location, it had a restaurant that was accommodating for allergies. Staff was friendly

The coffee machine was broken, that was the only issue. It wasn’t really an issue as they supply free coffee in the lobby at 7am

Room is reasonably clean

Elevator is broken and no help offered as we have a lot of baggages to go ti the very top floor. Front desk is constantly vacant, staff is hiding at the back.

the heating system is so effective it's either BOILING or FREEZING. I couldn't find a happy setting at all and ended up opening a window.

Disappointed for a Best Western.

The hot tub was the best part of this hotel.

Our room was filthy. Dirty shower and sink. Hair under pillows. When we asked the house maid for more towels (only two provided), she gave us a bath mat towel. No elevator. When trying to speak with the front desk, no one would be there. The only friendly gentleman was a middle aged dark haired man. After working at the Best Western for a long period of time, I was shocked to see the standard differences. Expectations were higher considering this is a BW Plus.

Beautiful rooms and friendly staff

The room was beautiful, and exactly as pictured, and the spa tub was absolutely divine. I had a bit of an issue with an MIA coffee maker the first morning, but the staff were incredibly helpful and sorted it out straight away.

The shower water pressure was a little underwhelming, and it never really got hot, but that may have been due to an issue with the faucet itself. It was really more of a minor inconvenience than a trip altering problem though. The rest of the room was great, and I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant

There was no mention anywhere that it didn’t allow pets. They where very nice though and found us a room at a sister hotel in the area to accommodate us. And refunded our non refundable deposit.

Had a great time in Trail and would stay at the Columbia Best Western AGAIN.

Overall,the hotel is nice.

Pulling out of the hotel into both ways of traffic to go to business district. This is NOT the hotels fault,but it is sketchy.

It was a sleepless night and very disappointing for the cost of the room.

The bed was comfortable. Nice bedding.

On the highway on a hill. I am fairly deaf, yet, even with my hearing aids out and the window shut, I heard the loud trucks and cars as they approached and left the traffic light. The windows could open slightly, but why bother? The noise would have been even worse! The breakfast was no longer offered.
