The mattress was totally worn out and super uncomfortable. No vent fan in bathroom caused the ceiling to condensate and rain

There’s nothing I didn’t like

I called the front desk to request a different room because the bed spring was broken and poking me through the mattress. The Indian lady at the front desk sent housekeeping who was extremely rude to look at it. She said maintenance was off and so I asked to be moved to another room. I was told that I am only staying 5 days. So I asked is that a reason not to move me? My husband went to the office to speak to her and then she called the room and told me to get off the property and that she was calling the police. I told her to call them that I will wait. Needless to say the police never came and I was never given the refund that I was told that I would get. I work in hospitality and that was absolutely the worst experience EVER.!!!!!!! People sometimes forget that it is the guest that frequent your establishment is the reason that they have a job. To threaten to call the police on a guest simply because you are having a bad day is crazy. I did not pay all of that money to sleep uncomfortable. A simple room change would have solved that problem, But instead I was threatened and I am still waiting on my refund. I would NEVER treat any guest that comes to the LaQuinta Hotel like this.

The kitchen and whole setup.people staying here seem friendly and it is a calm and quiet area.plenty of storage space and lots of things around Gwinnett place mall,sante fe mall,bahama breeze, many restaurants locally and within walking distance. Oh and they are pet friendly.

Ive seen 2 roaches since ive been here but ...the housekeepers clean the rooms inside and outside thoroughly and i havent spotted another one .extended my stay for another week

The only thing I pretty much liked was the convenience of the location as it wasn't far from anything around.

The fact that getting to Atlanta and getting a call from the front desk to confirm that we were actually coming and them telling us that the room was not. Quite ready and upon arrival and. Just prior to checking in getting told that the room was still not ready. But that we can go ahead and check in and it would not take long and that the people were in one room over from ours. And when they did get To the room it took a half an hour for them to get it prepared. After getting into the room the bathroom would not flush after three times and the beds were absolutely awful. Old mattresses that should have been gotten rid of. And the mattresses dipped down completely. Didn't stay another second. Never been so upset.
