tv did not work. poor breakfast no coffee in the room. noisy.

Very quite, and super clean!

Nothing besides it being close to where I needed to be.

The staff lied. They told me it was a twenty dollar refundable deposit per SERVICE ANIMAL. well come check out of the already dirty, dingy room, they tell me that it's not refundable. That it was a cleaning fee! Are you kidding me. $120 for nasty facility. I could've gone somewhere way way WAY better . If rather get lied to at a facility that was worth $120 ! DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY.

Great price for a decent room. The bed was ok to sleep on. It felt really stiff, but kinda lumpy. I was still able to sleep through the night. I was just a little sore in the morning

My only complaint is that there was not a soap bar in the room.

The staff was nice. Especially the younger girl that helped me re-book my room.

Staff takes forever with anything from check-in to check-out. No exaggeration, the bed seemed harder a floor. I had to have my boss fix my back in the morning. The best "deal" they could give me when I needed to extend my stay a day was more than I could have gotten through the original booking app I used the previous day, but for reasons I don't recall at the moment, I could not use it then.

The stay wasn't bad, but most definitely wasn't good. The room had roaches and I mean a lot of baby ones. Every night when I returned I would have to get my room key reprogrammed to get in my room. I only stayed because I didn't have to stay there except to sleep and shower, plus it was about the only hotel that had smoking rooms in town.

That location was good

That they didn't tell me I was going to be charged because their housekeeper never came to my room to clean or take trash. I would have to go to office get toilet paper if needed or clean towel. Was here for 6days and they never came i even told them microwave was messed up and they didn't come change.

The location.

There were a lot small damages inside the room. The paint in the bathroom was peeling, the metal on the corners of the wall were coming off, and it wasn’t super clean. There was hair all in the bed and inside the mini fridge.

We had a good experience at this hotel. I appreciated a clean room with good TV channels.
