The staff was nice and so were the whole families living there but it needs major repairs and upgrades!!

I booked a disability room that they could not provide, they have whole families living at this property with lots of dogs, they had to switch my room which was smaller due to a leaking toilet, the rooms are old , they had roaches and other bugs I was just flabbergasted!!! I paid ahead for four days so going elsewhere was not an option the whole stay was very uncomfortable, I had no microwave or refrigerator as promised and had to throw food away,never will I stay there again and honestly it should be removed from booking.com

Find another Red Roof Inn! Not a USB port in sight here! Older and more run down!

I usually stay in the "Superior King Room" at Red Roof Inns to take advantage of the large working desk. It's a large room with a king bed and a nice strong shower that usually has a "select-setting" showerhead. These things were fairly standard and I enjoyed.

The room was a lot older and run down from the one I normally stop at in Winchester, Virginia. The bathroom door had patches on the bottom like it had been broken and patched up with wood slats or tape or something. Neither the nightstand nor the desk lamp had ANY USB ports to directly charge devices! The Winchester one has them both on the base of the lamp on the desk AND on the nightstand by the bed! Also, I guess I'm a preferred guest from staying there so many times and I had a discounted deposit that I wasn't even aware of, but I was BLOWN out of my shoes when the lady told me there was a $100 refundable deposit!! It DID finally come off a couple of days after checking out-- but I felt very suspicious that the charge came through as a full $200 charge at first rather than the deposit showing as a pending hold for the duration of my stay. Find ANOTHER RED ROOF INN to go to! I WILL NOT be coming back here!

It was comfortable and peaceful.

I like the peace and quiet in the room. The walls are not thin and you can get a good rest here.

I don't like the cops showing up everyday. Sometimes they come in groups for whatever is going on here at this location. They come here too often, though. However, you rarely know they're here when they do show up.

I’m working out in this area for a year. I plan on staying here

location, compared to others nearby, at nighttime I don’t worry about my car being broken into. staff is very nice and helpful. they go above and beyond.

The motel was adequate.

The location was close to the hospital. The bed was fine.

The check in area was a small booth with “bullet proof” glass and a small doored pass through. The dog area was just outside my room.

Location is good. Shopping close by. Staff was very friendly.

Bathroom could be bigger. It’s a little tight for someone using a walker. Laundry was always busy unless you went after midnight.

Convenient 1st floor room, as stairs, my body and my age aren't friends anymore. Pet friendly for my little dog.

Disappointing

The hotel lobby was not available for hotel guests. There was a locked door and it was closed off all the time. The guests had to deal with the hotel clerk thru a thick window and a small opening. There was no coffee available, and guests weren't allowed in the lobby. The first room we were given was like a giant ash tray filled with smoke. Then we were given a much better room. In the second room, the coffee machine was missing a plastic piece and the hotel clerk couldn't find another plastic piece.

It was obvious that there were problems with other people at this hotel. The lobby was closed off all day and night. In the early morning there were three Delaware State troopers cars there and the police were in a room at the other end of this hotel.

Clean , quiet, and no issues. Rooms were basic. No fridge or microwave. This is a bit inconvenient if you are temporarily living there with kids.

Would stay here again for sure

Stayed for an extended stay while moving from out of state. Beds were comfy. Room was quiet. Location was convenient. Staff was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping ladies were very kind and friendly and provided us with whatever we needed as far as towels sheets etc. Pets stay free was really important to me bc we have a small dog. Wifi was decent cable is decent. Overall very pleased.

Really don't have any complaints except that you cannot control your own heat. You can feel heat coming from the baseboards and it was so hot in the room we had to keep the ac running at 63 even on a few nights when it was in the single digits outside.

Very basic, it's a motel not a hotel. The price reflects the location not the quality of the lodging.

Unsafe, crappy, unexpected charges.

The room itself was clean.

I have traveled extensively throughout the US and abroad and at 62, I have NEVER been told (unexpectedly) that I had to pay an additional $100 deposit for the room! For what? The room had already been reserved through Booking.com weeks ago and I was more than willing to prepay for the 2 nights I had originally requested. When this insane "policy" was given to me, however, so I tried to cancel both nights, I was at first charged a "cancelation fee" that the clerk said would not be charged. Afraid I would never get that money back, I handed over the $100 "cash deposit" that I had not budgeted for and changed my reservation to only one night, so I could at least go somewhere that I felt safer and wouldn't have to pay extra fees!
