Pleasant, but the bugs were a BIG turn-off.

Less than expected

The location of the hotel was close to the highways and easy to get to.

Our room was less than expected. We had roaches in our room. After informing the front desk staff they offered to put more bug traps in our room and clean up any dead roaches we had found. More traps were put down, but nothing had been cleaned. When we returned to our room in the evening there were roaches climbing up the wall which made it very uncomfortable to try and sleep. We also asked if there was anyway we could have an extra pillow and we're informed there were no extra pillows available. We were never asked how our stay was after we checked out.

Excellent and comfortable fun stay

Very friendly helpful staff, free laundry, provided broom when needed, layout was exceptional, fully equipped kitchenette, except for frying pan, ease of obtaining additional towels

Good once I transferred rooms.

The second room was clean. No clogs in the drains. Good wifi. Friendly staff.

The first room I was assigned had a serious cockroach infestation, moreover there were crumbs on the carpet and a footprint on the bathroom floor. I wondered whether anyone was actually meant to be in that room as surely it was impossible that housekeeping could have not noticed the infestation - I killed nine roaches in four hours before asking for another room, and saw four more roaches in the kitchen area and another in the bathroom as I was leaving. The hotel needs to stop selling that room until the cockroaches are under control.

It was what we needed when we needed a solid place to stay reasonably

Ability to get a room.

Worried about security of vehicle in parking lot but the next morning everything was fine.

the location was great the bed was comfortable room was big. I liked that it has kitchen to cook fridge to store food all that was good.

I didn’t like that the room smelled funky like if it wasn’t used for a long time or someone smoked cigarettes before departing, also shower heads needs to be replace hardly any water came out also the tv didn’t work at all

Location and price seemed nice, if I was allowed to stay there

Staff canceled my reservation before I arrived without notifying me, and then told me through a locked door that they wouldn't allow me to rebook a room until 4pm the next day. Horribly frustrating and disrespectful as it was then after midnight, I'd just driven for eight hours, was exhausted and needed to find a new place to stay for the night. Never had a bad experience with a Sonesta before, this was a stressful problem that didn't need to be. Still waiting on a refund.

The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the full kitchen complete with utensils, plates, glasses etc. Bed was comfy, the bathroom very clean

It would be nice if the $75 pet fee was included in the website.

This hotel felt safe, was quiet, and was clean. This will be our new place to stay in Albuquerque.

Room was very clean. Loved the kitchen and supplies. Used a couple of them. LOVED the desk/drawers/shelves and table combo. That was super effective for us (2 of us) to eat and work at the same time. The first night I was planning to suggest that there be a trashcan in the bathroom, but the 2nd night I found that there was one under the sink in the cabinet. The bath towels were nice and fluffy. It was great to have the shelves to put our stuff, rather than on the counter.

Our room (107) only had one table chair. I would have requested a second chair, but we worked it out. That is the only thing I can think of to complain about.

Horrible and no sleep

There was no breakfast even tho when booking it said there was. I didn't like anything had a pretty bad experience

Everything could be better. Roaches in the hotel is horrible and disgusting.
