Foi me cobrado duas vezes o cartão de crédito enquanto mostrei ao funcionário que já me tinham tirado dinheiro da conta. Chegamos ao quarto e a cama encontrava se molhada. Péssima experiência

Staff was super friendly.
They, like most hospitality facilities, are understaffed and the restaurant staff had to cover the pool as well.

It is lovely and very elegant and extremely convenient for skiing since they bring your skis/boots to Basecamp by the gondola lift. The service is excellent.

location and valet service to store skis and boots at the base, four hot tubs!
the concierge was absolutely useless. the service was hot and cold- some staff were excellent others were unhelpful. coffee in the library was always out/empty in the mornings, erratic on the promised cookies and hot chocolate apres ski, room was small but if service had been better it wouldn’t have mattered. little value for money.

The room was nice, the bathroom could have been updated. The sink and shower drained very slowly. The maids also left their linen carts outside of our room every morning all morning. In a hotel of that expense I would think they would have somewhere they could store some things so that they are not in the way or an eye sore to the customers. The lobby and bar were very nice and great to relax in the afternoons after skiing. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast one morning. The food was good, but the service was slow. Overall a good experience, just not quite like I expected.

the room and the hot tub were amazing
the room had almost no lighting

localization and friendly staff, besides the concierge who confirmed our táxi to airport but the taxi never got there and we almost lost our flight.
Our window was broken, our room was not clean up well. There were left overs from other guest in the mini bar, and the bathroom also was not cleaned well any of the 2 days we stayed there.

it is a beautiful hotel, amazing location, very friendly staff.
The price 😉 and to get to the room was like a labyrinth.

location
the hotel was nearly empty and we we accommodated in a small room facing the highway. It generally stands to reason that if the hotel is nearly empty, the front office team would upgrade new guests to wow them, not just provide a standard room. It was perhaps do to my reserving the room with booking.com because the rate was not exactly low. Furthermore, my sister and I were the only patrons at the bar in the evening and restaurant in the morning. We wont be returning.

We didn’t have breakfast there. Only a very overpriced drink Saturday night at the bar.
Both of the rooms were set at 75 degrees so it was a difficult night of sleeping. We checked in late and left early. Staff was nice, but I had prepaid for both rooms and my guests insisted upon checking in that the bill be split so they could share the bill, but neither of us got any receipt and I only got the parking fee receipt. I doubt that split happened. Seems like a lot of money for a 14 hour overnight.

The location is great, right in the village! The staff were very nice! We got a bottle of champagne for our anniversary! The room is comfortable!
The pool area is very small and not enough lounge chairs!
We got a room facing an alley way and very early in the morning there was a truck and men working and making a lot of noise!
My husband ordered a vanilla latte from the restaurant in the lobby that was expensive for a very small cup, be aware!
