For any short getaways, it will be Comfort Inn for my family and I.

This is our family's second time staying at the Comfort Inn and we love it for the following reasons: 1) Location is away from the city's noise to give peaceful nights to sleep. 2) Price is just right. 3) Indoor pool. 4) Room has extra towels, a coffee maker, an iron board and iron, a hair dryer, and comfortable beds. 5) Oh my God, the breakfast was a very healthy breakfast (eggs, bread, croissants, bagels, sausages, quaker oats cereal, and other whole wheat cereal). Twenty-four hours of coffee, tea, and hot water, and the coffee is very delicious. The key to all this is that sometimes, we pay so much more for the bigger chains, and a simple thing like breakfast is more frequently dissatisfied than satisfied. For any future trips, we will be returning to Comfort Inn.

The only thing that I did not like is the windows are not openable.

the staff was great . rooms were fine.

I paid for the room on booking app & was expected to not anymore but I had to pay a $75 security deposit when I got to hotel. was told it can take up to 10 business days to return to my bank account.

The staff was friendly, hotel was clean

Shower was warm only. Didn't get hot. The bed was hard. My husband said it was fine for him but to me it was like laying on the floor with a blanket. I guess for the price though it was fair.

Nothing..... Poor staff, rooms in poor repair, did not feel or smell clean. Asked for a refund and not take the room to go elseware but was told no, that I had already paid. I will never go to a comfort inn again nor will I use booking.com. overall bad experience.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would return.

I didn't like the staff was setting the food out after working at the front desk and not washing their hands.

Have someone to specifically work with the food and only the food and wear gloves.

The room was not clean, the second lock on the door didn't work, outside traffic noise was completely audible in the room as was the noise of the neighbors, hotel personnel followed me around-- very unsettling.

I didn't like the fact Booking had one price and the hotel price was higher. Site should say hotel will NOT HONOR PRICE from Booking.com. Now under new Management. Previous was much nicer and pleasant.

the smell in the lobby was of intense cleaning product which immediately turned me off from the property as it was like they were masking something. the room was not like that but had in intense musty smell that never went away. we slept without covers because it never got cool enough to need them.

wouldn’t stay here again, lots of better options in San Antonio

The pool was so cold you couldn’t even get in no less enjoy it not heated like the website stated, no hot tub, they won’t clean your room unless you have stayed for at least 3 nights, no ice buckets in the too yet they have an ice machine, looked at us crazy when we asked for one. Breakfast didn’t have hardly anything out to choose from. Disappointed for what we paid.

Nice bed. However the room had been smoked in and smelled of the attempt to clean it. Location is very difficult to get to. No real restaurants near by. Not planning to return.
