The hotel is simple but the rooms were clean. The hotel is located in a small town with a population of about 2,500 residents. There are restaurants, grocery store and gas stations around but nothing really exciting to do in the town. The hotel and the town did not meet my expectation I had when I booked it.

The staff was not really friendly or welcoming. They didn't really seem to care if you were there or not. No real friendly conversation, not even a welcoming "Hello" as I checked into the hotel. The town was also disappointing. I didn't find an exciting restaurant except fast food restaurants you see everywhere. And there were a lot of people standing and sitting around in the town. It did not give me a feeling of safety.

I enjoyed how close to town it was.

I did not appreciate the front desk lady's attitude. I did not appreciate that your website says there's wheel chair friendly rooms and when I got there - rooms were only accessible by stairs. I did appreciate the manager - she was very kind and understanding.
