Clean, quiet, friendly and helpful staff. The room had everything we needed; Refrigerator, Microwave, Great TV and comfortable bed & pillows. Not breakfast eaters, but enjoyed the coffee.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. However, not updated since the hotel became Caesars again. Still had all decor and furniture when it was Horseshoe.

The on-site dinning for weekdays absolutely sucks!!! Only ONE place to eat was open during the week. Rest were only open Friday, Sat, and Sun.

There was not a sheet on the bed. It was just a flat sheet thrown on bed with a blanket over that. Nice king bed, then disappointment. Half the bed exposed. Why no fitted sheet is weird. No breakfast. And not for sure charges on card after leaving???

The casino and restaurants where excellent great variety of games

The only thing I disagree with is alcoholic drinks aren't free while gambling

Distance to casino. I have walking issues and even with moving sidewalks, it caused me a few problems. I don’t like paying a ‘resort fee’ when clearly this is not what I consider a resort. It’s just a way to boost cost of room.

Breakfast was awesome! Roomservice was on time and friendly.

Rooms could have been cleaner they needed swept and bathrooms needed mopped.

The bed was comfortable,and it was since having an in room fridge but there was nowhere to reheat food anywhere on the property.

The cleanliness definitely needs work. Its hard to believe a room has been properly cleaned when there's hair all over the shower walls and dried toothpaste on the vanity.

Nobody working rewards counter. We came in at 11pm and lost over $2000 and didn’t even get the rewards.

Bar tender was rude Refrigerator needed replaced 2x due to not cooling…behind refrigerator was dusty and dirty… Only coffee in room no tea bags as an option Got our rewards cards and wa snot really told how they work we figured it out on our own Drinks at the bar are a little over priced… Food is over priced as well… front desk staff was kinda rude..
