dirty, stinked, door didn’t even lock , had to put old dresser that was falling apart infront of the door

Front desk lady was nice

The hotel looked disgusting. Linen was stained and had cigarette holes. Floors were cracked. Bed was hard and old. Bathroom was dirty. Vents had build up of dust.

The staff weren’t nice but they weren’t rude either.

The room smelled dingy. The place looks sketchy. There were a lot of people outside in the parking lot cars coming and going people hanging out on the stair’s.. Then at around 4 in the morning some guy was knocking at the door I tried to ignore the knocking, but he was knocking so hard. He was waking up my kids. I asked what he wanted through the window. He asked for a charger. I told him I didn’t have a charger. Then like in 20 minutes, there was knocking at my door again I just ignored it. But it was pretty scary

Breakfast was okay. it was a clean area.

One of our rooms didn't have the second bed made. I was worried that the sheets were not clean. I didn't like that we had to carry our remote controls to each room and return them when we checked out. They also charged me $8.42 more a couple of days later on my card; when I told asked them what the charge was for they said that there was no such charge. I even sent a copy of my bank statement showing the withdrawal from my account!!

I liked everything and it was very quiet

The TV is dim is not bright enough don't know how to work the remote that's it

close to Seaworld

All rooms were smoking rooms. They could not give us a non smoking room.

Convenient

It's was some underwear left in the closet of the room I was given.
