Nice homely feel. Quiet street.

Safe, clean bedding, clean bathroom, could arrive at any hour. Overnight parking. Near Niagara.
Misleading representation. “Bed and breakfast”, but breakfast was nothing more than a choice of pop tarts. All the other offerings they said they do provide in terms of food were not actually available on the premises. $147 dollars for a bed and grocery store snacks? Please. Unfortunately, a rip off in this area.
Uncomfortable mattress, sinking in the middle.

The home was very clean and well maintained.
The area a few blocks off was very scary to drive through to get to the property. The business area buildings were vacant and rundown, and some were dilapidated. At a stop light, a couple of people in a rough state came up to our vehicle, which was scary. Although the block of homes where the property was located was well maintained, we felt unsafe and afraid in the vicinity. We had checked in and used the washroom before going to the casino. We did not stay and took the financial loss and went back to Niagra Falls, Canada.

The house was a cute little place in a good neighborhood. Very welcoming and friendly host. Location of the place was great.
The bathroom has a sliding door. The furniture and mattress weren't the best. The room and bathroom were very small. pretty difficult to use the washbasin and shower. The bathroom was just too cramped.

It was located in a nice area of a not so nice area. It was close to area attractions. About five minutes driving to the falls. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. Bathrooms are new and clean with all amenities including hair dryer. The kitchen provides equipment for cooking if you so wish to. Parking is in the back or on the street which is safe.
The owner is not on the property or nearby. Any questions or concerns falls to the housekeeper ( not property manager) who lives next door. She and her husband are super nice and accommodating. She and her husband helped me multiple times.

we liked the outside of the building and the kitchen was really nice
there was a musty smell and raccoons in the chimney that made noise all day and night

cosy, spotlessly clean, great amenities.
the tvs didn’t work and the heating needed to be adjusted… way too hot, so we both ended up with splitting headaches. Location was a questionable part of town so we weren’t able to go anywhere or buy ingredients to cook,

While the on site hosts did their best to be helpful the property needs work!

It was clean, the couches were comfortable.
It is NOT a Bed & Breakfast! You have cold cereal, milk, bananas, apples and a complicated coffee making process. Buyer BEWARE, this is NOT a B&B. The owner does not live there (against NY regulations) you WILL NOT be served a breakfast and you WILL be expected to clean up after your breakfast!

cozy
breakfast. I was expecting something more than bananas, apples, and a couple cereal options. A coffee pot would be nice so more people could enjoy coffee in the morning instead of 7 of us waiting for the small press to complete.
Also, we were asked not to touch the light switches but the living room was so dark in the evening, we couldn’t really sit there and talk to each other or play games.

The house was ok, although small. Bathroom was nice, but small.
WARNING EXTREME NOISE PROBLEM IN THIS AREA..
No closet in rooms. Rooms VERY small. No coffee maker, only coffee siv and instant coffee. Breakfast was supposed to be make your own, but all there was, was instant oatmeal and fruit.
NOT A BED AND BREAKFAST.
There was a MAJOR noise issue with neighbors. Owner kept saying "not my fault", which is true. However our wellbeing was his responsibility. Called police who let the issue go on the first night over 5 hours Owner claims it is first time for this issue.
HOWEVER, 2nd night, same issue. Police and neighbors say it happens every weekend.
We left 2nd night. They are refusing to even partially refund for the partially used night or the 3rd night. A "responsible" business owner would care about their guests and their reputation.
"FAULT" and "RESPONIBILITY" are 2 different things. Whose fault do you think it is... OURS????

Bed was comfy, bathroom was very nice and had lots of amenities (floss, etc.), facilities were clean. Location was very convenient to Niagara Falls and was near several delicious restaurants.
Breakfast was self-service, mostly cold cereal/pop-tarts.

room layout was congested, Bed should have been opposite side to open a sitting area. no real chair, desk or sitting area within room. Bathroom counter in Rm 5 is very small and floor could have been cleaner.

Had a lovely rustic feel to the room
Self serve breakfast was confusing....We couldnt figure out what was for breakfast and hat was available....A note saying what cna be used in the fridge for breakfast will be helpful

Comfort. Homely. Friendly host.
We were told the breakfast was self served which is unusual as normally B&Bs offer a cooked breakfast.
