we absolutely loved the breakfast!!

i was not a fan of the comforter being so thin on the bed. we also ran out of soap very quickly.

It’s a vibe fasho

Staff, especially The lady in the front that works mornings and also the other lady who works in the day time . Everyone actually was vey nice and attentive. Although once before my experience wasn’t very pleasant considering my sons x box came up stolen form one of their staff members and they did nothing about it . However i believe that , that person no longer works there. Thank god … And I can tell that the staff and facility is much more supportive and helpful than before . I love that place and Ms Cecilia .. thnx Erika R xoxo 😘

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was okay

When I checked in I was given a card and went to open room and it was occupied by someone had someone scream because I opened their door.

terrible stay

this property was very nasty. I did not like anything at all about it. i ended up shortening my stay. i went from checking in to emergency room both time I attempted to sleep in them room. humidity, nasty, dirty, mold… name it.

Location was good, quiet area, breakfast was excellent and beds were comfortable, easy Uber to downtown

the room was clean and neat. the breakfast was adequate. the location allowed for quick access to the area’s attractions.

there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke and if the fan was not in in the room it was overwhelming.

it was a very disappointing experience. I booked the room the day before and when I get there I am told I don’t have a room I then have to travel 20 minutes further down to a sister location just to get a room. it was very frustrating and completely ruined our plans

because i shouldn’t have to drive to a different location when I book ahead of time. I was mainly disappointed at the fact that they didn’t even try to give me some kind of compensation for my troubles it was a basic you can take the other location or you don’t have a room very unprofessional

came in for a cheer competition that was hosted in downtown Dallas

nice clean hotel, affordable rate compared to other properties, nice breakfast and the beds were super comfortable and hotel was clean.

park at your own risk signs are a potential scare for customers. maybe saying we are not responsible for any potential theft or damages occurred on the property is better.
