Very confortable with good location
They charged me more than it was suposed to cost a night and after two weeks sending emails and messages requesting the details and my receipt I still dont get an answer. Terrible customer support.

Modern, up to date hotel, well appointed, attentive staff. Getting to the hotel from the airport was an easy walk through the skyway.
Getting back to the terminal from the hotel was very difficult. Because the TSA does not currently staff the entrance, the skyway to the concourse was not available, and a long walk outside was necessary to reach the terminal entrance.

Food was great, bed was super comfy and tv was a nice touch.
The shower was a little disappointing for what was advertised as a spa like shower I found it to be a little bit weak in pressure.

I hardly saw a smile from any of the employees we encountered, it was like they were robots. Except for the two dining experiences which were both awesome.

shuttle is offered to the terminals.
I would have expected a continental breakfast or buffet.

Attached to the MSP airport, it is a great location to stay for a late arriving flight or early morning flight ( I had both). There is a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes to checkin or you can walk to the hotel when you land.
The restaurant waiter was a little slow but the food was good.

Beds a bit too soft

Very attentive staff.
The "travel needs" store could use some TSA locks. MSP does crunch luggage.

I liked leaving.
I was treated horribly. I arrived after riding my harley across country for the last 14 days and was immediately treated like a 2nd class citizen before I even got my kickstand down. It was obvious that because of my leather apparel, dusty face and windblown hair I was viewed as a bum. Like i must not have the kind of money your usual clientele has. But just so you know, I own a successful construction company. That leather jacket I had on, $550.00 The leather chaps I was wearing $260.00. My motorcycle boots, $400.00. My leathers cost alot more than a button up shirt, kaki pants and mediocre loafers. I will never visit this hotel again. I've never been treated so badly and with such disrespect.

Our plane from Denver to Iceland was diverted to Minneapolis and the passengers were given the task to find out own accommodations for the night before we continued. This was our choice, paid for by Icelandair. This worked fine for us.

Very pleasant hotel, close to the airport, available on short notice. Large room with huge window overlooking airport runway.
Good in room coffee (Nespresso).
Price was a little high, could have been more generous with bath towels and wash cloths

It was a fun location for out children with views of the airport.
It’s always frustrating when in-room instructions inform you to call the front desk for items, in this case ice and they tell you to walk to the front desk to get it yourself…

Very nice place to stay, staff was great, food and lobby canteen great.
shuttling to and from airport was stressful. It was not clear to me how to get rom Terminal to Hotel, so I had to call. It is definitely not walkable. The shuttle in the morning should be arranged according to which passengers are running late (their fault not yours)

the room was lovely … bed was made very welcoming and comfortable. huge shower and sink area. lighting was fantastic . very nice size tv. quiet!
maybe could have been offered help with my luggage offered a cart. I had quite a bit and thought the attendant could have been cordial in that area.

I liked the security and the area
I didn't like that even though it would seem like a luxury type hotel, there are quite literally no amenities available in our room, while it might be just an entry level room, it baffles me that there wasn't even as much as a microwave or a fridge capable of storing more than a 6 rack. Not to mention there were no extra trash/laundry bags which led to an overfilled trash bin in the corner of our room, and you had to get ice at the front desk which personally seems inconvenient for a 7+ story hotel. No vending machines in site, at least that would provide snacks. It's the little things that count and those little things killed my experience. Sorry but this hotel is not for me or people who travel light.

Semi-convenient location on the airport property.
Room was comfortable/standard hotel room.
Walked from parking to the hotel (a little sketchy - we weren't sure if we were allowed in some places!) and back in the morning to drop off our overnight bags. It was much easier to go through the parking garage (on our way back). It will be much better if they can get the TSA checkpoint going again.

Breakfast was great
Coffee machine in room did not work

Liked the airport location
Didn’t see the value in the facility, has very few amenities such as pool hot tub etc.
no ice machines average quality food with extremely high prices.
