A vendégeim külföldiék voltak.

The room was very comfortable, reasonably spacious and clean. The furniture was in good shape.

Location was good.
Outdated. Hard mattresses. Did not realise (read the information well enough) that it was a pet friendly hotel and got an allergic reaction.

The style. The hotel has it. If You like those old school and old style hotels, it’s perfect choice. No complaints about the breakfast; simple but nice commanded by very stylish kitchen chef. Everything is near from the hotel and You can visit the teatre or the cosy bars in the narrow streets at the corner. Comfortable beds and simple but working bath equipment.

The room that serves a purpose, clean and comfortable, although I missed an armchair and shelves in the closet.
Good location, in the city centre, plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets etc.
Staff was great, friendly and helpful.
I can recommend it..

We asked for a room for 2 people with 2 separate beds and the hotel gave us that, no problem. This is a 3-star hotel so you can expect that level of facilities of course. Check the size of the room in booking.com's description - we knew it would be small, no problem.
The breakfast was quite modest, but it's normal for 3 star hotels.

First of all: the experience of staying in a hotel that has done its best, to preserve some of the character of a hotel from the old days, and yet has the conveniences that are basically needed today. The use of dark wood, the shape and size of the rooms, it all would be different in hotels built today.
Second: the location. Very convenient, just one tram stop out of the centre of Miskolc.
Third: the friendliness of the staff. We were there out of the season, so we only met a few staff members but they were all super friendly and did everything to make it convenient for us.
Fourth: the breakfast. A blessing that it is not a buffet breakfast. It gets served at the table: bread and buns, cold cut and cheese, sausage, jam, there is yoghurt at a separate table and fresh fruit, orange juice, hot water for tea is at the bar, coffee and eggs will be made as per your preference.
Fifth: the water pressure of the shower. Always great to be able to have a powerful hot shower.
We liked everything, just understand that for the price you cannot expect a very large room. Because of the age and history of the building, the ceiling was quite high though, and therefore it does not feel like a cramped room.
For us, the bed matresses were a bit soft and thin, but we admit that this is also a personal preference.
One other suggestion: the wide stairs are carpeted with those metal rods to keep the carpet on place. We saw one or two of these rods laying loose on one side. Maybe you might think of some solution that they cannot get loose so easily. However, the carpet stayed in place, so it was not dangerous or anything.

Location. Relatively cheap price.
I couldn't switch off air conditioner first night, and it was so noisy. Next day they explained to me it should be "long press on red button" which I could guess, but remote control seems to be old, and I was not even sure it works. 2nd night I realised that fridge also is noise, and I couldn't switch it off, so not really good sleep. Kitchen/breakfast is relatively small, not much of variety of food and coffee is also bad. And Wi-Fi NOT STABLE (on 2nd floor). I tried a few hotel networks and still was not stable. Funny but more stable connection was in the very corner of room towards outside edge of building, and I felt like kid whose parents punishing :)

A nice hotel set just off the main thoroughfare sufficiently far back that the trams were not really noticeable. I had a nice comfortable room and breakfast was a reasonable buffet style.

the hotel is so close to everything! it’s right on the walking street and isn’t very far from the two malls and the TV tower lookout!
the only thing that isn’t great is getting your luggage from your car to the hotel as the parking garage is so far away and parking next to the hotel you either have to pay for or is illegal.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The location is perfect, restaurants, bars, shops within walking distance. There is a small underground garage for an extra fee. The hotel has no own restaurant, but they do provide fresh breakfast. It was nice to stay so close to downtown.

Location is great, 200m from the tram that will take you from Miskolc station. Room was big enough even for a single room. Good AC and good shower, including a bathtub! Supermarket and ATM at very short walking distance, and the room has a fridge. Staff was super friendly all the time
Toilet facility was very old and didn't flush well at all.
