Welcome to the freshly updated, tropical decorated and luxury furnished beach condo! Corner unit with awesome ocean view, private beach access, heated swimming pool, hot tub, and centrally located on the island. Walking distance to restaurants and stores! Preview it with the reviews, pictures, and video. If you have more than 10 people, book 2 units (second and third floor) from us if available. You can have a big group of up to 20 people. Each unit holds up to 10 people. Kitchen is fully stocked (It has everything you need to cook!) and with white cabinets, a glass mosaic backsplash and a black granite countertop, black stainless-steel appliances. Living area with a 55” wall mount flat TV and DVD. A queen sleeper sofa, a Frances fabric push-back recliner, a leather recliner, and 3 comfortable fabric accent chairs. Dining area with a 7-pieces wooden expandable dining table and chairs. 4 black wooden bar stools are ready for you to enjoy the wine that just cooled in the wine cooler (yes, the unit has a wine cooler). A highchair for young parents! Waking up with the sea wave and sunrise on the master bedroom with a high-end king size wooden bed and a 50” wall mount flat TV. A roll away bed for an extra guest. Guest bedroom with a high-end wooden queen bed and a 39” wall mount flat TV. A crib for young parents! Kids bedroom with a full size bed and a twin-size bed and a 32” wall mount flat TV. Gorgeous ocean view from the balcony and the master bedroom, living room. Watch the sea wave and sunrise while kids playing in the swimming pool and the hot tub. WIFI and TV cable services are included. Suntide II amenities: a beach side pool, a hot tub, a sun deck, a tennis court, and a BBQ area. Stay with us is easy. Fall two week stay. Condo was sufficient for our stay. Nice view & Pool was heated. Friendly guests staying at condo. Enjoyed our time on the island.

This is the second year we stay in David’s condo and this has become our go to place. Everything was great. The blind from the window by the door came of the wall from one of the hooks falling but that didn’t impact our stay whatsoever. The only thing we would suggest is an actual crib sheet for the crib as it only had a sheet placed over it. Again not a big deal we went and bought one which we can always use. Highly recommend his condo. The upgrades were nice too.

As usual, we had fun! Only problem was two of the TVs didnt work, one had no sound and the other had no picture. But we made do. Overall, everything was great!

Thank you so kindly for sharing your beautiful condo with us. Kitchen was stocked nicely, just wished we could have had a broom to help keep up with the sand throughout the area. We do not like leaving a “mess” and would have liked to have been able to sweep throughout prior to checking out. Pictures are on point, for anyone looking to rent close to pool side be prepared to hear all music and shenanigans in pool area. Nothing too crazy or extremely late but there was some party days… 😉

We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely condo. It was perfect for our annual wedding anniversary trip and it was a hit with our teens aged 20, 16 and 13. It has a beautiful view of the ocean from the living and dining area and master. Our kids loved being able to head out to the beach and come back at lunch for a swim. I was able to enjoy dinner with my family while watching the kids swim in the ocean from the kitchen table. The condo is nicely updated and was very clean. It was a pleasant surprise to see how well stocked it was with all the utensils that you would need for cooking. It was also very conveniently located to several nearby restaurants. Parking can be limited so it was great to be able to walk to several nearby restaurants for dinner and. It worry about losing our parking space. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach with one beach access on property through the pool area and also the condo is right next to the gorgeous butterfly beach access with a lovely butterfly garden. It was such a pretty walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub areas were very clean and well maintained. My sister was visiting from overseas and rented another condo on the 5th floor for her family and my parents who are elderly. They enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and watch our kids swim at the beach and in the pool even though they could not make it to the beach themselves due to mobility issues. We would highly recommend this property and will book again!

The unit was not that clean, there were dirty dishes in the cabinet. The housekeeper never responded to the dirty dishes being placed in the cabinet. The parking is horrible, there should be at least two dictated parking spots to a unit. There was overbooking in scheduling. I paid and booked the unit, and some other people were granted access to the unit at the same time that was reserved for me and my family. The host was kind of dismissive about the situation, which was not cool. DO Better!!!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Right on the beach and great for daytime retreats from the heat. All the amenities of home and more. We were very pleased with our accommodations. Will definitely book here again!

Overall the experience was good. The place was a little dirty. There were some stains on the furniture and not all of the dishes were clean. Overall would stay again though for the price.

This is a great condo. Right on the beach and overlooking the glowing heated pool and hot tub. Comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need. Host is very helpful and responsive.

Property was a great find for a family of 6 really enjoyed the condo as well as the extra amenities. David was more than accommodating helping us through a few issues. Would stay here again.

Very clean property. Great views. Nice access to the beach. We will stay here again if we return to SPI. I only had two issues: there was not a full set of measuring spoons and cups in the kitchen and there was no way to childproof the cabinets in the kitchen. Other than that the beds were comfortable, having the crib was fantastic, waking up to the beach was amazing. We loved our stay.

A great time was had by all! David was very receptive and responded immediately when the water went off due to city repairs. The place was exactly as described and we had everything we needed. We will definitely return!

July 4th Rental
This is a clean updated condo that sure does not disappoint. The only thing I would suggest is to bring oven mittens for use of the oven and a kitchen rag to wipe everything down. There was a sponge for our use to wash dishes but I prefer to use a cloth to wipe down the counter tops, table, etc with a separate dish rag.

Can’t beat the location- great views of the ocean, condo is as advertised, very nice and plenty of room for our whole family! Only thing was that they didn’t leave enough towels and I couldn’t get ahold of housekeeping for more (left a message), but not a big deal. Owner very responsive and we had a great time! Just make sure to bring bottled water- the water on the whole island doesn’t taste great.

Rented this prperty on April 7th-10th for a little Birthday getaway for myself. This property did not disappoint it looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean and neat. The location was perfect for scenic walks along the beach or just driving on the island. All of my expectations were met and then some definately will be returning in the future and hopefully this perticular unit will be available..Just Awesome!!

Stay away, beware. Received a text right after checking in that master shower had no hot water and host would send a plumber to fix in the morning. Never showed up, later claimed guy was sick and would come next day at 10, so two full days with only one shower for 7 people. Guy who obviously wasn’t a plumber Showed up at 930 for what should have been a simple fix. Two hours later we returned for a a quick bathroom break/shower and had no water at all. The “handyman” had the entire units water off and claimed they needed another three hours and to cut into the wall to fix the shower cartridge, and we would have no water for at least another 3-4 hours. Owner finally sent them home to come back after we’d checked out. Property is old and not well maintained and worth nowhere near what it’s listed. We went the entire trip with only one shower not near what was advertised and got a tiny credit. Owner stopped answering the complaints and went radio silent, knows of the issues. Stay away and thank me later.
