We’re excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available. No party policy: Please be aware that this home maintains a strict no party policy. Our local South Padre Island team does monitor compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to be in violation of these rental policies, it will result in eviction without refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. All the furniture is sooo bad i wish I can post a picture I don’t recommended until replacing all the furniture

We thought this location was great and enjoyed the hot tub! The condo itself needs updates and some attention. It also needs to be gone through and supplies updated or added. Slider door upstairs basically could not be opened and used, maintenance did look at it but something needs to be replaced.

Overall, my family and I had a decent, comfortable and peaceful stay at this condo. If you just want to have a good time at a relatively affordable place, you should be fine staying here. This condo had all essentials and decent amenities. However, there are a few caveats. The property has 2 full bedrooms but only one is available, while the other is off limits. If you're staying with a group of 5 or less guests, you should be fine and have enough space. Our family consisted of 7 guests, all adults. It was inconvenient for all of us to share one full bathroom/shower. The bunk bend, queen bed in the bedroom, and sofa bed in the living room were not enough to accommodate all of us. We had to use an inflatable mattress. We also had a significant issue with visitor parking. We had unexpected visitors for a few hours who parked in the visitor's parking. Their car was towed after only 1 hour of being parked there, for not having a visitor's parking permit. Our visitors had to pay almost $300 to get their car back. The owner does not provide a parking permit for visitors. We were not aware that we needed one, as the listing does not mention it anywhere. Yes, we did not have any urgent issues related to safety. You can still have a good time there. But those 2 caveats affected our overall experience, the comfort of the stay, and left a bad taste in our mouths. There needs to be better communication and advertising by the owner/manager related to amenities.

Amenities not working
Very nice place, although the cable was not working, the internet and the dryer. Called many times to get the cable and internet working, until the 4th call they told me they would send someone out the next day. They never came to come check out the cable and internet. The dryer was also not working so we can to go to the laundromat to dry all of our clothes. Other than those issues the place is really nice.

I would not recommend this condo. The back door was left unlock because the door know was broken. There was a hole in the ceiling to the attic. We had to call four times in about a 24 hour time span before we could get anyone to come and address the problems.

The place smelled clean from the moment we walked in. It was very comfortable. Beach access is like a 2 minute walk. Iron and ironing board were in the condo. Beds were comfortable. The pillows are the only negative. They're just really flat. Would definitely come back.

The door lock for the dead bolt didn’t work. The dryer at the house didn’t work, so laundry couldn’t be done.
Overall, we had a great time in Padre. The house was clean, and the pictures gave a true picture of the condo. It is nice, but could be better if the amenities were more thought through.

I really hate to complain much less write bad reviews... The place was cute and enough room for my husband and I with our 5 kids, However everything went well with contactless check in, so I figured oh this was smooth I'm sure there won't be any complaints up until I got to the bathroom upstairs and noticed poop smeared on the wall by the toilet. Completely grossed me out. I feel like the housekeeping or whoever is in charge of cleaning should do way better! The fridge seemed dirty also and felt like it was not cooling well at all, I was worried our food was going to spoil! The stove also was crazy! I could not cook anything without burning because the heat was so high even while on the lowest setting.... One more important thing was my kids were so excited about the pool area that we weren't able to get in since they had it closed for "cleaning" the whole time we were there! I did not complain to management the time we were there only because I did not want to ruin time with my family... we won't be staying at the same location again 😔

1. alarms says door open and window open, door was unlocked but checked all no problem. 2. no broom available, key box will not close , 3 no dumpster for trash to be put up.

My SisCation 2020 stay!!!
The location was prefect. The condo was very clean, and well organized. This condo truly complimented our vacation. Our stay here was comfortable and relaxing. We are looking forward to coming back in a few weeks!!)

Not what it seems
The house was nice and clean. The dryer didnt work the entire trip so I had to go to the laundromat a few times. I called vacasa a few times, they promised to call back with a resolution but they never did

Our stay was everything we could have hoped. The house was clean, there was enough room and everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Vacation turn into a tradition
The property was great for my family of 5. Our 3 boys loved the bunk beds and the condo pool. Loved the distance from beach access had everything we needed. Does list a dishwasher but was not located but thats fine . Comes with minor extras to help get your stay started. We cannot wait we have decided to turn this vacation experience to a annual trip.....The price was affordable for our family budget, the condo was spacious, and the neighborhood was peaceful. Until next year.

Very nice and great location
Condo was very nice it had everything we needed. If u plan on staying a week or longer take laundry detergent and favorite softener. Great location we were close to everything fun. Beach was right around the corner. My family had a great time. The only thing I was not happy with was the bed in master it was so uncomfortable. I will be back

Nice place and decent price
Overall a good place to stay for a family of 6 and is across the street from the beach. good parking. i would recommend this place to my friends with kids
There is no dishwasher in the kitchen, it needs to be removed from the kitchen description and Kitchen essentials list.
The check-in email also stated laundry detergent would be provided. it was not.
