great location. plenty of room.

there were many stairs to get to the property, then many stairs inside the property, which was not indicated in the property description.

NEVER GO HERE

NEVER GO TO THIS PROPERTY. they ask me to do verification of guests and selfies with an ID. i do send it to them via Booking.com and when i ask for the check in instructions they didn’t allow me because they haven’t received it… and i did send it to them via email and they say that they didn’t receive it and i send it again and they do triple check and said that they do receive it. they asked for the deposits of 250 pounds which i paid. then I asked for check in instructions and they didn’t reply me for 3 hours. when i arrived, they haven’t reply me and i have been waiting infront of the building for 2 hours and i called them and wait for 38 minutes and finally they answered. they said that they didn’t receive the deposits which I already paid and asking me to pay again. so i argue with them and send a proof which took them 30 minutes to verified it. they say that they will send check in instructions and i hang up the call. I didn’t received check in instructions and wait for 28 minutes in order to get in touch with them. FINALLY THEY DID. THE ROOM IS SOO HOT, the toilet can’t be flushed. i arrived in oxford 3 PM and checked in at 8 pm. WORST SERVICES AND PLACE EVER

Do not stay here, we often book using booking.com and this property is not up to their usual standards.

The location only as central but was very very noisy at night. It was clean apart from some mould above shower.

communication with owner was terrible - took over an hour for them to admit us, they then asked us to let in an electrician at 9am! noise - very very noisy between 1:30-4:00 am. so much that the owners had attached sound proof sponge to the windows - therefore no views from bedroom. very uncomfortable lounge seating - settee was practically on the floor and 2 chairs impossible to sit in.

Terribly cold. Heating does not work so we had to wear coats and hats inside the property. Management promised to send a

Very central location. Comfortable beds.

The heating does not work. No heating in the bathroom, kitchen or main bedrooms. The bedroom windows were held in place by pieces of card and had sponges stuck on them to try to reduce the noise from the street.

Great location. Just need a lot of tlc.

Location was fantastic. Very near restaurants and point of interests.

Living room was a disappointment. - Sofa was so uncomfortable, very low down, missing the legs. - Confetti still on the floor - TV was not working, very slow response from host, we had to figure it out ourselves. - Damp smell (definitely not to food from restaurant smell as warned - we didn't even smell that). - Constant vibration in the hallway from the restaurant generators (maybe?) - Very stained dining chairs.

Kitchen facilities are good, rooms are spacious, shower is good also.

Noise from the businesses in the area is a problem when your trying to sleep, keep your windows shut! This isnt the fault of the landlord by any means.

Great location, super stylish and roomy, could be a bit cleaner

Location was perfect, right in the thick of everything, plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Place is stylish with plenty of room. Not too much noise considering the location too

Bin bags were left in the flat aswell as dirty laundry from the previous people. Some furniture and decor was a bit shabby. Shame there wasn’t even a small bit of milk in the fridge, or a welcome pack explaining everything in the flat

This property was in a very central location but not in best area of city. Overall we enjoyed it.

Property was very central so didn't take long to walk to all attractions.

Entranceway to property is very rundown and no lighting on steep stairwell. Living room smelt a little stale/damp. Very noisy out side very late into night. Rowdy revellers.

Could have potential to be an excellent apartment, needs to work on a few things.

Close to the centre of Oxford

Wifi was only accessible in the living room, no wifi access in the bedrooms Apartment was very dirty, found old coffee in the coffee strainer and water from the previous residents in the kettle, room was dusty, Apartment was close to the streets - this meant that noise from the streets made its way into the bedroom. Given many pubs were along the street, heard people screaming and shouting after midnight every single day.
