Located in the Beachwalk Condominiums community, you'll be about a three-block walk from the beach and a short drive from local attractions. Start your day with a game of tennis or shuffleboard, then snag a spot by the pool to unwind. Inside, you'll find central A/C and a well-appointed kitchen. Make a cocktail and sit out on the balcony while you use the free WiFi to post some vacation photos. End the day with a stroll through the landscaped grounds or along the beach. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Enjoyed this condo
The condo was in a good location in the complex. Right across from the pool and the grandkids loved it. The beach access made it easy to walk to the beach. The six minute walk was spent talking and Kai lighting and nobody ever minded walking. The washer and dryer were not operational but we were notified before arrival and given a credit for lost amenity. There is a coin laundry onsite that we used and didn’t miss not having them. The vacation was wonderful and we would book this condo again without hesitation.

Great location! Minutes away from Pier park. House was very clean. Few cons the dryer did not work. Contacted management and they promptly set over a maintenance technician, unfortunately they were unable to repair the dryer. Also the couch bed was not sleepable. Mattress was older and flimsy. Complex has a pool which was nice and a short walk to the beach!!! Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the rental for the week. Would stay and recommend again !!

Great location! Minutes away from Pier park. House was very clean. Few cons the dryer did not work. Below is the Email I sent to Vacasa after checking out of our condo today.
Hi, we will not be returning to this condo and will likely never book through Vacasa again. The trip was great as long as we were not in the condo. The floor tiles were not stuck down, paper peeling off the front of the cabinets, black mold growing in an old leak hole in downstairs bathroom ceiling, carpets were stained and felt nasty, kitchen trash can had nasty liquid dried in the bottom, it smelled dank, dishes had residue left in them, the lights in the master bedroom flickered, we bought bed sheets to cover the beds because of a comment left in a book on the kitchen counter regarding a blue blanket (they *the sheets we bought to cover the bedding* are in the dumpster with the rest of our trash). The air conditioning return in the ceiling upstairs has not been cleaned in what appears to be an eternity (a nice surprise I found the night before our check out) which means my family and I were breathing in nasty dusty air but were instructed not to turn the thermostat down lower than 75 I'm assuming to save money on power bill. Cleaning that nasty grate will help alone. This is all beyond unacceptable for the price charged for this condo. We have pictures of everything mentioned above just incase y'all would like to see the condition of a run down, nasty condo y'all are allowing families to book. Thank you.

The only problem we had was that the cabinets both restroom need updating there was no trash can I’m restrooms and the vinyl floors were loose or missing also the pull out bed in living room was falling apart.

Older condo with outdated furniture in the bedrooms. If and when the owner changes the washer/dryer, carpet, blinds, bedroom furniture and bathroom sinks, it would be much more comfortable.

This place was awesome. It was close to everything I needed without the big rush of traffic. It was very conveniently located. Will definitely stay again.

The home could do with a lot of updates. The carpet is worn and there's a musty odor in the home. The furnishing are falling apart, all the bathrooms can do with a SOME updating as the fixtures are coming apart and they are water stained marks in the bathroom. Basic items like a dustpan, hangers working bedroom lights would be a plus. There are other options, no sure about staying in this home

Wonderful Getaway
This was a wonderful property to stay in! Very clean, across the street from beach and the beautiful pool is right outside the back door. Complex is quiet and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

This place had a horrible smell. The televisions did not work and one was shattered. Call and reported it and no one called back.
