This fabulous 2 story duplex offers side-by-side 3 bedroom 3 bath condos, each with its own private pool. Each unit offers 2,200 sq. ft. of living area and is ideal for large families or groups. For those very large groups, inquire about booking both properties. The beach is right across the street but you can also enjoy a beautiful beach view from your private balcony. This is a unique find on South Padre Island that includes amenities such as beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys, and built-in charcoal BBQ grill. Parking is not an issue as each unit has a 2 car garage and space for 4 vehicles in the driveway. City of South Padre Island Permit 2016-964921.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the place was spacious enough for all of us in our group. I liked how close it is to the beach access. There were a few minor issues when we arrived however we received a very quick response back and everything was handled quickly. I think there are a few minor upgrades that could be made but overall the place was great, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a space for large groups.

Love the location begin that close to the beach was a plus went everyday and enjoyed it. And the pool was a plus as well and would stay again. And Klaus was a great host.

Overall my friends and I really enjoyed the experience. It was very clean and the owners of the property were very easy to work with. It was a great location right across the beach and it was a safe location.

Vacation get away with group of 14. The location was perfect for us...a five minute walk to the beach with our gear. The house and pool were clean and well kept. Host was very responsive when an issue came up.

Arrived to find A/C serviceman in condo, this should’ve been done prior. Front and backyard full of weeds and sand burrs. Pool was dirty and had sand burrs, not useable. Broken MBR toilet seat.

We had a lovely time and look forward to coming back!! Our host Klause was great and was reachable any time to fix any issue we had which was not much.

i was a little nervous when we first walked in, we had a couple of lights and fans that weren’t working and the pool was green, but klaus was great! i messaged him and her replied back quickly and had the problems fixed with in an hour! the house is just a short walk to the beach, and it was great! definitely would stay again!

If you're looking for a great location to the beach this is it! It was nice to be able to walk straight to the beach and not have to load up a car. The beach access even had rinse off stations so you didn't have to worry about bringing the beach home.
The property itself was nice. Beds were comfortable. It could use a few updates in the kitchen.
We brought our dog and was disappointed that there wasn't any "green space" outside on the property for it to do its business. Always had to take it for a walk.
Washing machine didn't work but owner said he would get it fixed.
The property owner was great to get back to us quick if we needed something. Overall my family and I had a great time!

Klaus was easy to reach and quick to reply from the start. The place is across the street from a beach access point. It’s clean, quiet, comfortable, close to everything and has all you need. We had all our meals on the big table on the patio. It was a truly relaxing week.

This place was awesome! Klaus was very fast and responsive to any questions I had. He was a great host! Everything was available to us and all we had to do was throw out the trash. No complaints whatsoever, everyone enjoyed themselves, we definitely made some great memories. The house was roomy and clean. The pool was great, he even had a pool cleaner come the next day to clean the pool, which is nice to know he keeps on top of everything. The beach is also very close too, wish we had more time to stay but it was worth the days we were there. I 100% recommend staying here, great host, great place. Thanks again Klaus!

needs a lot of up grades, need to be better clean and kitchen needs to be better organized. master bedroom matters is very nasty, will not stay again. very bad experience.

Had so much fun at this property. Walking distance to beach. Super close to Wanna Wanna (super good pina coladas!). The house comes with some beach toys/ mats. The pool in the back is really nice as well. Plenty of space for our group of 8!

The owner was awesome and very responsive..property could use very minor cleaning and repairs otherwise it was great!! We could see the beach and and beautiful sunrises/sunsets from the property...It was beautiful...

We love this neighborhood in South Padre and have stayed in the area many times. Overall great stay! Super-fast wifi, comfy beds, and the property owner was fantastic to work with.

Alot larger than thought. Accommodated everyone well! The kids spent alot of time in the pool while I worked, it was very nice! Great location, walking distance from beach.
