This modern Tybee Beach House is located away from the hustle and bustle but just 1½ blocks from the beach and an easy walk or bike ride to "downtown" Tybee's shops and restaurants, the Tybee Pier and Pavilion and the Marine Science Center. A large kitchen and second kitchenette, ample living space and outdoor balconies make this a great house for a family getaway. All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits. This house was pristine! A block away from the beach, perfect for kids, perfect amount of space for everyone to have their own room, their own bathroom, game room for the kids, hot tub for the adults (and kids), ample parking for 3 cars. We were 2 families, 2 additional solo adults, 4 kids. We came to run the Tybee Island 1/2 Marathon and Everyone had the best time!

The house was in a great location for walking to the beach, shops, grocery and restaurants. Property was very clean.

10 of us girls spent 5 days here, The place was clean, spacious and close to everything! Plenty of beds and bathrooms, which is wonderful with 10 ladies. Management awesome to work with. Few minor issues that were handled quickly. About 20 min from Savannah very easy drive. Would definitely stay again

Our big friend group loved staying in this house! Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space to spread out (big dining room table & gorgeous decks were a huge plus). The location was also great, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and bars.
One note for guests who may be flying into the area: the house didn't include beach items (i.e., chairs, beach towels, etc.), nor many cleaning items. We were given two trash bags, a small thing of dish soap & dishwasher pods, but with a big group, we needed to buy rolls of trash bags, clorox wipes, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Some of the kitchen supplies need additions or replacements (pans, notably).
We were disappointed that we were unable to get the hot tub working. It was in August, so it was okay but slightly disappointing.
We also recommend some additional communication around recycling. Only when we were sent the check-out instructions were we informed that there was no recycling on site and it had to be taken to a separate location.
Overall, we had a great time. The location was truly ideal, great for all the summer fun you could possibly want! Thank you for hosting us!

We came onto Tybee Island, 9 of us, to send one of our buddies off the right way for his bachelor party. Everything at the property was exactly as advertised. Walking distance to everything. Very spacious. Lots of beds. Absolutely perfect for what we needed

This house was better than expected. It was perfect for our trip of 10 girls. Spacious rooms, plenty of beds and bathrooms, dining room table was big enough and the decks were fantastic. The house was very clean when we arrived and had no issues. Close enough walk to restaurants and bars. Will definitely remember this house for future rentals!! 100% recommend!

The only problem we ran across was that the air hockey game was worn out and really not working. Besides that.... great place.

The house was absolutely amazing there were so many bedrooms and so many bathrooms it was perfect for what we needed. However the communication between the rental property and myself was horrible and you. They did not work with our schedule and flight time of getting in as well as understanding our situation. The house was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. It is very close to a restaurant with an outdoor seating where a band played very loudly and could be heard inside the house. The kitchen was stocked with a good assortment of pots, pans, etc., but many of the pieces needed to be replaced due to normal use damage and/or being super cheap to start with. The only other comment is that after staying at many rental houses, we had become accustomed to finding things like basic spices (salt & pepper), clothes detergent, coffee filters and extra paper towels. These very inexpensive items were missing and so we had to purchase them for our stay. These items are not “required” but are very nice to have.

This was our first time visiting Tybee Island, and it won't be our last. The house was just as it was advertised. It was clean, spacious and well furnished. Our family enjoyed having space to spread out ( three floors) as well as enough space to gather. (the front porch balcony was our favorite) The location was ideal..... walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Overall, my family and I would highly recommend this home away from home.

Family Reunion
This was our first time visiting Tybee Island, and it won't be our last. The house was just as it was advertised. It was clean, spacious and well furnished. Our family enjoyed having space to spread out ( three floors) as well as enough space to gather. Overall, my family and I would highly recommend this home away from home.

Property PET FREE, however someone had pets before. Hair on furniture and all over floors. Not making a huge issue of this but definitely make sure you state to ensure cleanness of the property before staying.

It rained most of the weekend we were there but the house itself was so awesome, it didn't even matter. SO many bedrooms, there was more than enough space for myself and my 7 coworkers. The grill, hot tub and fully-stocked kitchen were all extensively used and we look forward to going back!

We were scheduled to go to Stone Harbor NJ for our annual family vacation as we have done for decades but had to cancel last minute due to Covid-19 restrictions in NJ. Staying closer to home in Tybee and this house proved to be the best of all vacations. The house size and location was terrific. The description of two twin beds in a “loft” was concussing. The beds are actually on a large “landing” between two large bedrooms with little privacy.
