There was only two big towels and no washcloth or no medium towels in the room. I didn’t notice until I got back later that night.
4.0
Friendly and helpful staff and a clean room. Breakfast is basic but adequate. The big minus is the building - old and tired and the room had a smell of old cigarette smoke, which was not nice.
For one night having crossed the Atlantic this hotel served its purpose.

Great location to St Jospeh Hospital

Very comfortable and clean hotel. I've stayed here several times over the years and it's always pleasant, quiet, and restful.

Clean, nice breakfast and facilities. Just further away than expected and the neighbourhood was more shady as surrounding propertied had notes on their doors that they close by 8 due to theft

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a great quiet place to stay. The beds were comfy. Hotel was clean. It has nice updates, the only downside is the shower could use a major upgrade !
2.0
Serviceable hotel. Beds were comfortable, but room was shabby and not well maintained. The curtains were filthy, actually black in some places. The toilet kept backing up, and the front desk brought us a plunger to plunge our own toilet. Certainly not what you expect for over $180 a night.

This property was very clean and we really liked that it was nice and quiet not alot of places are.

The hotel didn’t have a bar as stated on Expedia. Very good breakfast. Clean, comfortable room. Air conditioner was very loud. Friendly staff.
6.0
It was a clean room and clean hotel. I felt safe.
I don't like we were charged a parking fee. Talk about nickel and diming people! Because of limited parking spots?! Come on! There should be enough for the entire property and give out passes for people staying at this hotel. Common sense here people!

Great hotel. Very clean, rooms are comfy, staff is very helpful and friendly, breakfast was plentiful with healthy options like oatmeal and yogurt with toppings available and fresh fruit. Light rail station is steps away. Only draw back was the very urban location didn’t feel completely safe at night, although I did pop next door for a burger without any problem. Also, the price fluctuates dramatically, and I was priced out for the last two days of my stay.

Pretty decent place overall. Would stay again. We stayed in a suite which had much more space than a typical room. The A/C worked well and was quiet. And you could force the fan on for a little white noise even while the cooling or heating were off. This is an essential function in almost any hotel room to block out unwanted outside noises. Couch and chairs had no arms which made them a little uncomfortable. And the TV worked very well albeit with a limited channel selection.... maybe 40 channels. YouTube and Netflix are available on the TV.

The area is not safe and the staff does not provide security. very bad attention from the staff, very apathetic

My key did not work for lobby

Property was clean and near everything I needed. I was really upset that The pool and hot tub were under construction and we weren’t advised of it until we got there. Truly disappointing because the hotel was picked because of the option of having a pool and hot tub.

Average stay overall. Location was great as my family was there to review some of the colleges. We had to deal with weed smell in the hallways for a couple of days. Luckily it didn't get into our room that much.

Friendly staff here and honest.

Hotel is starting to look a little dated and rundown.
Very nice staff.
Pool and hot tub closed for maintenance for over a week.

If you’re bringing you’re family, you’re safe, the area may seem a bit odd but the hotel is safe, friendly staff, bathrooms are a bit dated but it’s not the end of the world.

Great location, clean, comfortable bed; the room was large and the TV screen was huge. The morning breakfast was also abundant, and the attendant at breakfast was friendly and helping everyone, even busing tables for us, which is unheard of.
Also there was a question prior asking if the property was "eco-friendly." ~(The "woke" agenda 100%) Were they killing dolphins in the lobby? No. Does a multi-room hotel use lots of water? Yes. Who cares? Great place! Peace to you, and may the Lord bless you & smile down upon you. MERRY CHRISTMAS & pray for ISRAEL...

Perfect choice for the activities we had planned.

A block of away from the metro, area not congested like downtown lots of construction, skip the headache and take the train there 5 min. Many restaurants nearby.

We loved our stay! Great service and close to everything in Downtown Phoenix.

Overall this hotel is acceptable. Its clean and quiet. If breakfast had a few more options, it would make thisnplace so much better. Im not too thrilled about paying for parking, but at least it was $7/night. The price is acceptable, so i probably would come back if i was ever in town.

Staff, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, was friendly and professional. Front desk and others went out of their way to find a missing item on our last day.

Staff were very nice. Facility a little run down. Loved it was close to many things.

it was a nice place to stay.. the minor i have was the (to me a big/tall guy) squishy tubs when you stand in them. the major issue 8f for a paid parking lot they dont do anything or go "oh well" if damages happen to your vehical.
3.0
The room was a bit worn and had a moldy odor. It was fine for the moment.
3.0
Good breakfast. Pool area was not that appealing though as it was next to the parking lot.
4.0
Overall a nice, comfortable place to stay. My only real "complaints" is that the elevators are very slow (taking the stairs was often faster) and unfortunately the water pressure in the shower was pretty bad. We were on the 3rd floor and it was very weak. But the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we would stay there again.

This was the absolute best hotel I have stayed at in a very long time and I travel A LOT! Valerie from the front desk was kind, pleasant and very professional. I had called to see if I could have an early check in and she said she would try her best. When I arrived at the hotel to wait, she alerted me to the fact that they had a room ready for me! That has never happened. I appreciate the staff, the cleanliness and quality of this hotel. I will definitely be staying here again! I highly recommend this hotel and will look for others to stay in when I travel.

It’s very nice here and prices are easy to handle, plus several places to eat right across the street, I will totally stay here again

It would have been five stars. If a person didn’t have to pay an extra $7 per night to park after paying $200 for the room. I would really like to know where that extra seven dollars goes. But you know how it is these days…. Everybody everywhere thinks they have to nickel and dime a person.
