well-priced Carmel inn

For the reasonable price, I was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable and well appointed my room was AND the elevated view of the hilly neighborhood from my window was a real plus. The location is perfect for a quick walk to the heart of Carmel, while also being peaceful and quiet when you return to your room. The front desk person (really wish I could remember her name!) was extremely welcoming, helpful, and genuinely friendly.

Exceptional

The staff were very helpful, when we arrived earlier than the check in time. One of the ladies came back and said they were working on our room. We waited for approximately 15 minutes and it was ready. The suite was perfect and it was close to the restaurant we had reservations at. Overall I would definitely go back the this hotel. The parking was extremely easy and we saw a lot of hotels while walking around and they had no parking right by their doors.

I have nothing bad to say except maybe the front room could have use a ceiling fan so it can cool off easier. We just left the door open for a few minutes and that helped. The bedroom had windows and a ceiling fan and it was prefect for sleeping.

Fun cozy inn

Been staying here for nine years for two nights each summer. Fabulous inn. The only suggestion I would make is to bring back the breakfast delivered in coolers to your door in the morning otherwise a delightful place to stay each summer...

Wonderful boutique hotel - definitely recommend.

Beautiful rooms, extremely comfortable. Great coffee in the room and free cookies in the lobby each day! The staff were so welcoming.

It was just okay.

No breakfast whatsoever

Attention to customers' needs. Difficulty carrying and handling bags.room was far from car and down a flight of steps. Bed could have been more comfortable.

location was great, relatively close to the main shopping and parks area.

parking was super limited and tight already, then there were people who parked stupid, taking up more than one space making it so there was even less spots available.

after waiting four days to get an answer for refund or expecting at least a good discount, 20% was all they could do so

it was clean , it was a little more distant to the town center than I thought. it was comfortable.

the power was out and was still able to stay which was good for we traveled. but I purchased two rooms for family and upgraded to jacuzzi tub and we're not able to have lights, shower for no hot water and weren't able to use jacuzzi tub or charge our phones not watch tv.

Great location, needs some TLC

Good location, nice staff, reasonable rates for the area.

The rooms are a little banged up and didn’t feel clean.

Very good

It was a good location. A longer walk to town than I had hoped. But the room was clean, employees were great. I had let them know when I booked that my sister could not do alot of stairs and there were many stairs to get to our room. A lot of extra work for me to get her to the room. Other than that it was a good stay. I would stay there again; just not bring my handicapped sister
