Great accommodations, beautiful area, friendly staff, a wonderful place to get away. Stocked trout stream a stones throw away. 120 year old cabin is full of charm and a great place to bring the whole family. Fully stocked kitchen for making a simple meal, or a full blown holiday feast. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience.

Canin was in a lovely quiet location. Very clean. Perfect layout for 3 couple's. Every bedroom has its own bath...one is pretty interesting. Close to both Pigeon Forge and Galinburg. Hope to stay again soon!

We had a great stay at fish house. The location was perfect to hop in to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge! It was beautiful at the house with the steam across the street. The layout was nice too, especially the big kitchen and screened porch. The house was a little dim and a little musty but we expected a few quirks in an older cabin.

Although the house was not as clean as we would have hoped, we still enjoyed our stay. The brand new carpets were plush and nice. Air conditioning worked well. The location was gorgeous right next to a beautiful creek in the mountains.

Overall our stay was great! The neighborhood was a good area and it had a beautiful outside. The only issues we had were the upkeep of the property. We understand that this is a historic property but believe the furniture and bedding could use some updating. We also saw multiple roaches (near the kitchen more than anything). It rained during our stay and the fireplace in the kitchen did leak a little, we weren’t sure if it was from the ceiling or the fireplace itself. We did enjoy our time there. It was a nice getaway!

It was our first trip to the area and we did not know what to expect. The location of the cabin was perfect. We got to explore everything on our list and then some!
The home was clean and spacious. The dishwasher did not always work. That is the one thing we noticed. We also had a mouse in the house. Other than that it was a great stay!!!

This was a time for some older Brothers & Sisters to reconnect. The Fish House was the perfect location for us to relax, spend quality time together and also close enough to both Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge we could do some shopping and take in a show.

I wish I could live here! The house is great and rustic. The area is sublime. We saw a mother black bear and her two cubs on our road into the valley. It’s just breathtaking and quiet. Communication with the management company was great and easy. We will definitely be back!

The property was very charming, and spacious. It had everything you needed, well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was the perfect get away, but very close to local attractions. We had a wonderful time.

Our family had such a wonderful experience in the fish house! My husband and I took our three boys and two dogs. We went skiing at Ober which was just a short drive from the property. They’re favorite part was trout fishing in the stream in front of the property. Beautiful cabin in a private area right between pigeon forge and downtown Gatlinburg with friendly and attentive staff at the guest house next door. 10/10 will be booking again.

We needed a place to unwind and this beautiful cabin delivered. Our entire family was so excited to get there and we had a really fun time while we were there. A lot of family time, very cozy, and we got to watch some football which was also excellent because they have DIRECTV. Having nearby access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (Publix say thankya) and also the mountain trails was awesome and we took advantage of it. I highly recommend the Little River Trail. Thank you!

This property repeatedly caught my attention during my search and it was perfect for our needs. I was traveling with my mom and my sister.. so 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and pet friendly for my mom's dog was perfect. This property is seriously one of the top jewels in the area. The cabin is PRIVATE with no other cabins nearby, the setting is absolutely stunning, the drive in and out is incredible scenery with lots of wildlife, not to mention its location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin itself is historical, unique and it is quirky because it is an older home and we found it to have the most endearing qualities plus with several completed renovations it is very comfortable, a great usable space and it has updated kitchen appliances. We loved the rooms being spaced out and sizeable, the eat-in kitchen, the large dining table, the screened-in front porch with cozy seating, the old hard wood floors and the love that you can just feel has filled the property for many years. I believe we all slept better than we do at home. We all had a great experience with renting this property and I would highly recommend it over and over again .... with sharing that you will enjoy your stay as long as you can accept it is not perfect, it is not new, it still needs some more TLC and a few more renovations to make it the most spectacular place you have ever stayed... but if you can accept and admire everything that this property has to offer .... you will also feel that you have found the most amazing treasure that there is available to be rented in the area. (There is adequate kitchen supplies - but if you plan to cook during your visit .. I would advise that you plan ahead and check with the property managers to make sure that you have everything you will need. And remember that bringing disposable eating and drinking supplies will cut down on dirty dishes and your vacation time being spent on chores you can do at home.) Book it.... this is really an amazing opportunity to stay somewhere awesome!

Locatiion was great. Condition and cleanliness of property left a lot to be desired. Furniture was old and smelled, floors were dirty as we attempted to clean up a spill and the paper towel was filthy. Several light bulbs were out so the space was dark. Carpets were stained and smelled. Sunken shower & floor had mold present. For cabins priced like this one, you usually find some recreation items i.e. pool tables etc. Overall opinion is this property is overpriced and needs updated.

This cabin is about as perfect as it gets! An old fishing cabin that’s been updated with some modern amenities located across the street from the best trout fishing imaginable (catch and release requirements, but it was still great!). The cabin has a huge front porch and living room perfect for getting away with the family. Conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge- but far enough away to think you’re in seclusion! The property managers were the best. Can’t give this awesome place a high enough rating. I’ve been staying in Tennessee cabins for decades, but this one was special!

Spring Break Get Away!
Best vacation we have had in a while. Everything was just perfect with the greatest experience. The cabin was well maintained and you cannot beat the location with the creek right across the road. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this to friends and family.

It was a wonderful stay with my friends. The property was spacious, clean and at such a great location. Good tree cover, nice stream flow and Gatlinburg nearby.
We loved our stay. Thank you team!

My wife & I had a great time at the Fish House. The cabin is comfortable & reminiscent of bygone days. The cabins history dates back to the late 1800's but has been updated with all the modern conveniences we could possibly need. Every need was met and we loved that we could bring our dog.
The cabin is nestled in a quiet canyon adjacent to Norton Creek which has lots of good size trout for catch & release, albeit challenging to catch. Easy access to the national park which was stunningly beautiful.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay with 6 people. Nice older home with lots of character and plenty of room. Maintenance came quickly when we needed them. The Norton Creek area is so beautiful, quiet, and a quick drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.

This is a special property. It does need some TLC.
I have contacted the property manager and they will be working on some of these things.
Location is pretty close to the Park. Took us about 30 minutes to get to several favorite trail heads. You can get to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge quickly
if you want but we try to avoid both.
The mountain driving is not for the faint of heart.
