Situated in South Forest Beach, this attractive villa for R 4,973 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to our lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath NON-Smoking Villa at Seascape in the desirable South Forest Beach area. Seascape Villas are located in a Tropical Setting directly across the street from the beach. Our complex has a beach walk and a private locked beach cabana, with restrooms. Our unit is in the front of the complex (as close to the beach as possible)with only a three minute walk to the beach. Parking is right in front of unit. Seascape has two pools, walking and biking trails and play areas for children. Our unit backs to one of the pools. Our two bedroom, two bath unit has everything needed for a wonderful beach getaway. The lower level has a full kitchen, with a washer and dryer, living room with a sleeper sofa and a dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make you feel at home. There is also a new deck off the living room that overlooks the pool. Now with free WiFi. Check out our reviews!

This is the perfect location! The pool is right out back, behind the unit. It’s a very easy couple minute walk to the beach and the cabana is a very convenient option to have! You can walk or bike to Coligny and all the shops/restaurants there! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay!

There are a lot of great things about this rental. The location is great! It is one of the closest units to the walking path to the beach. The beds are all very comfortable, the couch is very comfortable, the pool is right off the back deck, and the unit comes with all the extra little amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. The host is very easy to contact as well.

Nice little place a short walk to the beach. The back deck with grill was super convenient as was the pool being right near the deck. Thomas (owner) was super communicative, friendly and responsive. If we come back to HHI, will definitely stay here.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It is right across the street from the beach and steps from the pool, which was very convenient with 2 young children. It was a very short trip to Coligny, restaurants and grocery stores. Tom was a very responsive host. We’d come back for sure.

Perfect location and nice place for a quick family get away. Bedrooms are upstairs up some awkward stairs and bathrooms and very small; so I wouldn’t recommend this for a family with toddlers. But a great setup for a family of 4 if the kids are old enough to mange themselves.

This property was as described. Great location. Coligny Plaza was just a short walk with lots of shopping and restaurants. The Tiki Hut is nearby and had great live music. I would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed for a weekend getaway. Quick walk to the beach, pool right in the backyard, well stocked kitchen, misc beach toys. Owner was quick to reply to emails. No complaints. Close to coligney but far enough away to avoid a lot of the crowds.

Nice condo, really close to the beach - just a short walk across the street. Enjoyed the pool, never crowded. Very comfortable beds - yeah. Only issue - very small bathrooms and no bathroom on the main floor - maybe add a mirror downstairs? Overall, great family vacation!!!

The condo was a great location and easy access to the beach. The positives- great location, easy beach access, perfect parking to the front door, shops and restaurants Cons- condo needs to be deep cleaned (found granola bar under bed, a few bugs when we walked in) vacuum smelled when we tried using it to clean.

This is our second stay at this property and we couldn’t be happier. Walking distance to the beach, safe and clean pool off of the back patio, and everything we could possibly need in the villa. Close enough to Coligny we could walk, but just far enough away to avoid the crowds. Owners are prompt with responses. We will definitely be staying at this property in the future.

This property is in an excellent location that is a few minutes walk to the beach and right off a beautiful bike trail. It was perfect for a family of 5 with kids ages 15, 12, and 9. Thomas was very kind and helpful, and his communication is top notch. Our family is thankful for the great time we had in Hilton Head.

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Appreciated the little extras like dish and laundry soap. The pool is right off the back deck and the bike path and path to the beach are right out the front door. The walk to the beach was easy and very convenient. The bathrooms and the kitchen are very small but we spend most of our time outdoors so it really didn't matter. Tom was very responsive and helpful as a host. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Seascape Villas. The villa was comfortable and had everything we need for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and we made good use of the outdoor grill and the table and chairs on the private deck that is right off the living room. The pool is afew steps off of the deck. The location was stellar- a couple of minute walk to the beach and a quick walk or bike ride to the restaurants, shops, and bars of Coligny Plaza. The bike path is literally outside the front door, and from there you can bike to the rest of the island. Thanks to Tom for making the check-in and check-out processes as easy as possible, and for making us feel so welcome. Highly recommed and look forward to returning!
