This apartment is at 50 Murray Street Pyrmont NSW 2009 and located within the One Darling Harbour Building on the 12th floor, (formerly Grand Mercure Apartment complex) next door to the Ibis and Novatel Hotel. Darling harbour has become Sydney's premier entertainment precinct offering world class restaurants that can satisfy everyone's taste, excellent shopping along with many famous attractions that include the Sydney Aquarium, Wildlife Life Sydney, LG Imax Theatre, Powerhouse Museum, Captain Cook Cruises, National Maritime Museum, Sydney's Fish Market, Sydney's Famous Paddy's Market, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum and a 5 minute walk to The Star Casino. One Darling Harbour Building is accessible by your own vehicle with complimentary secured Car parking , by ferry, or by the light rail. This privately owned apartment offers 2 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, harbour views, direct access to the balcony, flat screen 45 inch TV and own bathroom with bath and shower facilities. Second bedroom features a queen size bed, harbour views, direct access to balcony, 38 inch flat screen TV and direct access to the main bathroom. Main Bathroom features bath /shower and accommodates an integrated laundry for your access. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self catering. Main living area features a modern lounge with a 55 inch flat screen TV/DVD CD stereo, six seat dining table, harbour views, direct access to balcony and wireless internet. The balcony has a six seat outdoor dining table where you can relax, enjoy a cool wine and admire one of the most magnificent views in Sydney. On Saturday night enjoy the fireworks display right in front of your apartment. Guests are able to use the rooftop indoor heated swimming pool or full use of the gym, sauna and spa Our minimum stay over the Christmas/New Year period is one week (7) nights. POA over that period.

It’s all about location! The apartment had the best view. Some construction in front of the building which made it noisy at times, but the view made up for it! Easy walk around town to all the sites. The apartment was stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed our visit! Thank you!

New Year’s Eve in Sydney was on our bucket list and what a way to celebrate it. Fireworks on Darling harbour right in front of us as well as those off the Sydney bridge which we could see from both the condo rooftop and our own balcony. The condo is lovely, as advertised, and close to everything as well as the ferry dock for travelling anywhere you want to go. We were very happy with our choice and our host.

We and our family had a fantastic stay at your lovely apartment. So conveniently located close to shops, cafes and ferries. Views from apartment were unreal and the size of the patio was wonderful, so spacious. Free fireworks on Friday and Saturday nights right in front of apartment - brilliant. The photos of the apartment were extremely accurate and what you see is what you get. Pity about the shopping centre below having been demolished, as it had great shops and nightlife there. Hope they will rebuild another shopping centre. We would return to your apartment when next visiting Sydney. Thanks very much.

We stayed in this apartment in Dec 2023 while I attended a conference at the ICC. This location is perfect for that. It's a 7-8 minute walk from the door of the apartment to the ICC and all but about 50 yards of that can be walked through a covered parking area.
My wife toured Sydney while I was at the conference. There are lots of tourist attractions within walking distance and it's a great location to catch the ferry or tour bus.
The apartment has a nice balcony overlooking Darling Harbour, which can be quite peaceful at times, and noisy on the weekends or when they are doing construction.
The kitchen had all of the basic items we needed to cook for ourselves.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We stayed in Sydney for a week and couldn't have been happier with this property. The flat is spacious, and has a great view of Darling Harbour and downtown Sydney. Everything we needed (including tea and coffee) was provided, and the location was a great jumping-off spot. If there is anything we would note for other travelers, it is this: (1) don't expect quick responses from the host. Donna was responsive, but don't expect to hear back to enquiries for 12-24 hours. And (2) there is a massive construction project underway on a property immediately adjacent to the building. If you're around during the day, you will not be able to relax on the deck because there is a LOT of noise from the construction work. And that's too bad, because the deck is awesome.

The property was exactly as advertised, check-in was smooth and the location was perfect. Great view of the harbour and the Saturday night fireworks were great. All kinds of restaurants, bars and pubs nearby. Convenient location near ferry/public transportation. Big Bus Hop On/Hop Off stop and organized tours/excursions pickups are also nearby. Would absolutely recommend and return if ever back in Sydney.

Absolutely fabulous location for a short Sydney break. Spectacular view. Buses, trains, ferries all just a few minutes walk away. Along with a myriad of bars and restaurants. The apartment is just as depicted. Extremely comfortable. Amazing hosts. Very easy to get to from airport.
New shopping centre construction was not an issue. They didn’t work Sat 12 PM to Tuesday AM and when they were working, it wasn’t an issue.
No negatives at all. We had a great time.

The apartment is awesome and very comfortable, clean, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The location was in the best spot possible, with many different options for eating out. It was very central to many activities, and with easy access to public transportation, this made it easy to see all the different sights around Sydney. My family and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed 4 days in this great place. Pedestrian walkway was an easy walk to restaurants, shops, everything you want to see. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are comfortable, the balcony is beautiful. Excellent apartment.

Lovely property right on Pyrmont walking bridge in Darling Harbour. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of plates and utensils. Large bathrooms with 2 separate baths and 2 showers. The balcony has amazing views of Darling Harbour and during our visit, we were able to watch the 9PM and 12AM NYE fireworks from the comfort of the patio. What a treat! We would stay again!!

The property was awesome, very comfortable for our family of 4. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we need for daily use. The balcony has very nice view of the harbor. The apartment is at a great location, walkable to the harbor and all the restaurants and also walkable to the shopping area of Victoria building and other surroundings.
Donna was very nice and responsive to all our questions, she was very kind with all my requests.
I would highly recommend this apartment for anybody visiting Sydney.

Very comfortable and welcoming, extremely well-equipped and homely. Pool and spa upstairs, and if you time it right there might even be a firework display! The kids loved it.

A beautiful apartment with an amazing location. Very comfortable with an incredible view of Darling Harbor and the Sydney skyline. The hosts were very communicative and made the process a breeze. My only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay.

This property was beyond expectations! We were able to explore Sydney to our hearts content. It’s close to everything. We just wished we had decided to spend more than four days in Sydney.
The view from this place is phenomenal! We toyed with the idea of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel and at the end chose Darling one. Great choice!

Fabulous property with a great view over Darling Harbor. The kitchens and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials and the beds very comfy. Lots of great food /restaurant choices around yet close enough to walk to Circular Quay. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

The location was perfect: view on the harbour with all the restaurants, the Saturday fireworks and close to amazing venues. The apartment itself is great with spacious rooms. The swimming pool and spa on the last floor are the perfect spots to finish the day while waiting for the food delivery!!

We stayed as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, in July 2022. The apartment has everything needed for a family, and it was easy and enjoyable to stay there. It is also in an unbeatable central location with an amazing view of Sydney skyline. I highly recommend it, in particular for families.

Too long between visits
We first stayed here in November 2017 when we had friends visiting from the UK. We enjoyed it so much we vowed to return but circumstances had prevented us from doing so until now. We weren't disappointed and it definitely won't be 5 years before our next visit. A spotless, well equipped and comfortable apartment with million dollar views over Darling Harbour. The perfect spot to watch the Saturday night fireworks!!!!!

Stunning views over Darling Habour and the city skyline accessed by huge balcony
Perfect location for access to all Sydney has to offer. The appartment was warm, comfortable and catered for every guest requirement. Having the seperate spaces for couples but a central shared space of kitchen, lounge and dinning area was perfect. The views are stunning at night with the most beautiful light display. Would highly recommend this property to any potential guests, the organisation and booking process was seamless and Donna's explanation and communication was excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer!
