Lovely rooms, nicely designed with plenty of amenities, great location with cool views, easy check-in/check-out. The hotel was spotlessly clean.
Would be nice to have more vegan options at the restaurant and a place to hang or fold clothes in the room.

Expresso coffee available in the lobby. Quite a good location. Interesting environment even if one had to use taxi to get into downtown. Kitchen was equipped for those who wanted to cook for themselves.
The beds were on a platform where you had to use a steep ladder(not for our age) and it was not mentioned in the description. The ceiling was too low so one hit it by head when trying to step out of the bed. Toilet and the shower was open - no privacy for your hygienic needs. Reception was closed all the time we wanted to speak to somebody. Communication was only available via SMS, this was not like a hotel. We had difficulties to get into the place. (codes were not explained correctly, some neighbor had to help us).

The Kafe was excellent. The room was modern and different. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom could use a mirror.

Location was great. Lots of eateries around.
The bathroom. Door was pretty much just a divider. So you can totally see your partner/friend pooping. Also, it was a little tight but not something to cry about.
There were a few stains on the couch and sheets but I’m poor anyway so that didn’t bother me really.

The location and check in process were great
The price did not match the expectations at all. The stone cold floors that made it feel like you were in an industrial building and the janky bathroom that didn’t have any legitimate walls really threw me off with the high price I paid.

Great location. Excellent cafe and service. Cafe is a bonus. great location in a neigborhood not a hotel district!
Bathroom could have been more private and larger.

The hotel is amazingly well laid out, with rooms on several levels, which makes it feel very spacious and like you have rented a whole flat. The location and ground floor cafe (run by two wonderful people) are excellent, as is the wifi. I had some very good days there.
All perfect!

The architecture was amazing.
Wasn’t that bad but the ac during the day when the suns up doesn’t reach the bed area but at night the windows have perfect airflow.

We booked a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite for the 4 of us. Having separate spaces for the guys and girls worked out perfect, plus we had a common living room. The building was safe and secure. We had access codes to get into the gates after hours, the elevator to get up to our floor and the enter our room.
The room was missing a ton of minor details, such as a mirror in the restroom (there were 2 girls trying to share a small mirror over the kitchen sink), trash cans in the kitchenette, a place to store your clothes. There was 3 hangers on a pole in the wall, but no dressers, night stands, or a closet in either of the rooms. If I was staying for longer, this would have been a huge inconvenience.

Very beautiful property it was also very secure. the outside patio was beautiful as well as the cute vinyl record store. Can’t wait for the cafe!
while it was a beautiful hotel the location of it made it somewhat difficult to sleep with the loud noise from outside. Also the AC unit in my apartment was not working and it was pretty warm in the afternoon making it a little hard to sleep without not opening the window to loud noise

Location, location, location. And Paul who runs it was great, BUT...
We booked 2 Condo Rooms. We were given loft rooms, 1 with ladder, the other with treacherous steps. I'm 84; I ended up sleeping on the couch. If we had been given the rooms we booked, we would have been very happy.

It's one of these SoHo House style hotels in an up-and-coming location that is getting an update from the city with a tiny house feel. It's more of a younger adult hotel that isn't going to stay indoors and is going out to clubs.
Too small and the air circulation is bad because the A/C unit is on the floor and the cool air doesn't reach the top. When sleep in these little beds it is stuffy and hot. It almost feels like sleeping in a coffin. There is no privacy in the bathroom that is built like an outhouse. The water was always boiling hot and uncomfortable. The room was for a family of five and the beds are too small for one person let alone three sleeping on the larger mattress. You need a code for everything, your room, elevator and the main door. They don't have an ice machine or vending machines inhouse, you need to go to 711 next door for that.
