This finely appointed unit is one of only a few luxurious one-bedroom condos directly on the beach and ocean. This unit was completely renovated in 2018 including new furniture, mattress, kitchen, bathroom and appliances. The condo entrance is less than 50 steps from three oceanfront pools – one heated year-round. Please note that the pools are being replaced and pools will not be available until May 6, 2022. The pool area connects to private beach access and The Deck Oceanside restaurant. Located in the Beachside Colony Resort complex, this condo brings guests a magnificent experience. The large master suite has a king bed, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and closet. The family room also has a comfortable queen sleeper-sofa. The condo provides nearly 1000 square feet, more spacious than most one-bedroom units on the island. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need including upscale appliances, a breakfast counter with two chairs and quartz countertops. The kitchen is adjacent to a separate dining area with seating for four. The family room offers a wonderful experience with 9-feet ceilings, a flat-screen TV and access to the private beachfront balcony with a table and 4 chairs for ocean dining or viewing. You will love the condo’s spacious layout. You can stay connected through high-speed cable internet, including wireless access. This second floor condo provides perfect direct beach views from the kitchen, family room and deck. The upscale features and beachfront complex provide an incredible experience. This condo is the perfect choice for couples and small families. So come stay with us, we’d love to have you as our guests. We remain diligent in efforts to keep the property safe. The housekeepers are using chlorine based or Lysol products to completely wipe down all surfaces that may harbor viruses. The directions to the condo from tybee vacation rentals needs a little updating. Although we found our way, some of the wording and description was misleading. Upon arrival we were thrilled at the beautiful spacious condo. The balcony view was beautiful, but only had one hightop chair to the table. There needs to be at least one additonal high chair on the balcony. The two short chairs really served no purpose of enjoyment. The water pressure in the shower was very low making it difficult and time cosuming to try and clean up and wash hair. Our biggest complaint was not having any extra blankets in the condo. There was one very thin towel like texture one we found im guessing for the pull out sofa that was neither warm or comfortable. We discovered the sofa had a broken leg on it and didnt bother to even pull it out. We had to use our air mattress for extra sleeping room. Overall we werent pleased with the mattress in the master so none of us had comfortable sleeping arrangments. We also had smokers somewhere above or beside us that kept wafting through our balcony door and making us all nauseas and frustrated. I think if these issues can be addressed it would be a wonderful stay but otherwise we probably wouldnt be back.

Our first visit to Tybee and our stay was perfect. This unit is spacious and very well kept. The complex is conveniently located and you can easily walk most places on the island. We highly recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was nice. It would be nice if another tall chair was added to the balcony. There was only one and when sitting in the 2 shorter chairs you view was blocked by the railing.

We couldn’t have asked for more staying at this property. The location is super convenient, and the unit itself is clean, spacious, and has a spectacular view. Will look to stay at this same property our next time visiting Tybee Island!

Excellent location in the condo unit and also on the beach. About equal distance to the north or south end of the island so easy to walk it. Pros for the condo: Nice decorating, well-stocked kitchen, and the absolutely glorious view of the ocean and beach! Cons: the dishwasher was not working correctly, the shower floor did not completely drain properly, and the bedroom is located in the back of the unit, and if you have people outside, it can be noisy. And our windows were closed. Overall, the place was lovely and the view spectacular and the location was wonderful! I would visit this condo again.

This is a great little condo to stay at on Tybee. It was quiet, clean, and had a fantastic beachfront view. The only complaint we had at all is maybe including a few blankets to use while in the condo. Thank you for a great stay!

This property was a wonderful place to stay! 1. Spectacular views of ocean/ beach 2. Immaculate cleanliness 3. Good bed 4. Well equipped kitchen 5. Good location, away from craziest crowds 6. Heated swimming pool 7. Property management company is very responsive 8. Photos are accurate We stayed end of Feb/ beginning of March, so it was very quiet, peaceful. Great to ride rental bikes everywhere around the island.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect and the location. The only problem we had was finding our unit the first day. Very confusing, but Katie with the property management was awesome and very patient with us. We found our unit and were so thrilled!! I recommend this property .

Great views. Had all we needed as far as the condo's supplies . Enjoyed stay.Note the property is undergoing renovation of walkways and is very noisy from 9-5 weekdays . Not sure how long that will be going on. I imagine that is an of season project. Did have an issue with the hot water, but was addressed quickly.

This property was very clean. I am picky about cleanliness and this place was great. We were just there for a short weekend but it was nice. The sun comes up right outside the balcony. It's just a short walk down the steps to the pool and beach access.

We had an excellent stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 4, our kids are very young. It was wonderful waking up and walking out on the balcony for a beautiful view. The only negative we had was that the pools were very dirty. Other than that we would go back in a heartbeat!

The condo was very clean and nice view of ocean. The water pressure in the shower was not good at all and just wish that it was stated in the description that everything closes between 8-9pm in the off season which leaves you nothing to do unless you want to drive 30 minutes to Savannah. But again it is a very nice condo with nice view.

We spent 4 relaxing days at OceanSong. First stay at Tybee. After Tropical Storm Nicole blew through, the weather couldn’t have been better. Nice big space for 2, large bathroom. Very clean. Our only less than positive comment is that the kitchen could use some upgrades (chipped dishes, terrible corkscrew).

Loved the place loved the location We had to by leave one day early (our choice) we accepted no credit. But then we had to leave 2 days due to storm. When we heard from others there that most VRBO owners were credited due to this occurence we requested atleast one day credit. No response from owner. Disapointing.

My husband and I had a great week in Tybee Island. This condo is in a great location, the view is exactly as in the listing! That balcony is perfect! The beach is an easy walk across the little footbridge or sand path. Not crowded at all. Pool area and onsite restaurant is very convenient. The condo was clean and well equipped. I do have to agree with a previous review that the pillows are super hard. It is a condo complex, so you will hear some sounds at night if other guests arrive, but there was no big noise issue. We arrived just after the management place closed, but they were still outside organizing the late arrival paperwork. They were very nice when we called to say we would be late (traffic on the interstate) and when we rolled in. I would stay again (but bring my own pillow). Overall it was a great condo and I wish I was there right now!

We had a great time in Tybee and this property was amazing. The only complaint that I would have is the pillows were hard as rocks so hard that we had to use the sofa throw pillows to sleep on and there’s a light in the hallway that shines directly into the bedroom and there are not any blackout curtains in the bedroom so it’s pretty bright in there. Bring an eye mask if you need darkness.

The unit is nicely decorated, included all the essentials needed for a week stay, and very spacious. The views are outstanding - amazing sunrises and sunsets!! Its location is central to all resort amenities – pool, beach, and restaurant. Just an fyi - the resort is large so you should expect a good deal of activity and sometimes noise.

It was a very nice place to stay. Decorated well and extremely clean. Just be aware of no extras in the kitchen or much beach equipment. No salt/pepper, etc. Normally we're just used a few more items. It wouldn't sway me from not renting at this location again.
