Located only 50 yards from the beach in a convenient mid-island, beachside location. This three-level home has upscale, comfortable furnishings, and includes an elevator to assist with baggage, and two large wrap-around porches, giving you great views of the Atlantic Ocean. Take in the sunrise from the privacy of your private balcony, and witness every day the beauty of the moment. The main living level is located on the top floor (third floor). Here, you will find the wide-open floor plan that features 2 living spaces, one for relaxing and the second for watching the large flat-screen TV. There is a sleeper sofa for additional bedding. The dining table has ample seating for 10 and is also open to the kitchen with a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped and features all stainless appliances, granite counters, custom cabinetry, Keurig coffee makers, and double wall ovens. Guests will enjoy the use of the wet bar, with a separate beverage cooler/wine fridge. On the second level, there are three bedrooms suites with ensuite bathrooms and all have TVs. The first bedroom has a King-size bed and an attached large bathroom with a separate tub and a walk-in shower. The second has a King Size bed. There is a private balcony on this level, which is accessible through both King bedrooms. The third bedroom has a Queen-size bed and an attached bathroom. The ground level of the home is where the fourth guest bedroom is. This room is furnished with a King size bed and has an attached ensuite bathroom that is also accessible through the hallway. This bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Inside the large 2 car garage is a Ping-Pong table. Challenge your friends to a fun, family table tennis tourney! This home is a great place for family gatherings or multiple families. There are multiple bedrooms with attached baths, which work well for traveling couples and families. It offers privacy while in the home, and a convenient location - with great beach access just 50 yards away. There is off-street/garage parking for up to 5 cars. Wireless internet throughout the home. This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee. Elevator is Handicap Friendly (not ADA compliant). We really enjoyed this beautiful and spacious property near the beach. The porches are so relaxing and proximity to everything was a hit with my busy family of five plus two lazy dogs. Thanks for making this stay very enjoyable and relaxing. I’d highly recommend this house to anyone!

Overall great stay and very happy with the reservation, check-in and check-out process. The house we stayed in was great, although the beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, cart to move everything) were all broken. Luckily we brought our own umbrellas and chairs but working beach gear would have been appreciated.

This was by far the nicest place we have ever rented for a beach trip. We had 4 generations (6 month granddaughter to 83 year old mother inlaw) and a small dog (2nd large dog wasn't able to make it). The house was perfect for this crew. I didn't factor in the elevator, bit it was so important. 3 story house and an 82 year old made it so helpful. Loading all the baby things up and down (and loading luggage and groceries) also was much appreciated.
All the rooms were very nice and big, each with a private bath.

The house was beautiful. Plenty of privacy with the bedroom layout while awesome seating in the living/dining area for our party of 10. The decks were amazing and the walk to the beach was so short. Perfect location!

Just as advertised, beautiful, clean, well furnished.Tybee Vacation Rentals did a great job, seamless check in check out process. We come to Tybee every year in January to spend a long weekend with our family. This is our 10th year in 10 different properties. This property is in the top 2 we have stayed in. Just as advertised, beautiful, clean, well furnished.
