This property is delightful from top to bottom. The decor is lovely and very true to the photos. It is completely stocked with everything you could need, and the location is wonderful. We loved being able to walk to Pearl Street and adjacent roads where many restaurants and shops are located. Overall, this lovely cottage is thoughtfully and tastefully put together with guest enjoyment clearly in mind! We had a fantastic and relaxing stay, and we would definitely return! Deanna is a very responsive and kind host!

We stayed for a week at this property and we loved it. The property is exactly as listed and done to a very high standard….easily the best we saw when looking for accommodation in the area. It is ideally located - a short stroll to Pearl Street but in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Would book again.

This home was gorgeous and had every amenity! Beautiful interiors, huge lovely showers, comfortable bed. We loved our stay here and the owner was so helpful. Just a short walk to Pearl street and in the Mapleton Hill neighborhood surrounded by historic homes. Highly recommend!!!

This was such a well laid out space- every square inch carefully thought out and so well done. The location is wonderful- walkable to Pearl Street or a 3 min drive is weather bad. CU Boulder daughter and I enjoyed a little girls weekend and when our hike got rained out, we thoroughly enjoyed curling up with some snacks and a movie. It was perfect for two people but a third could comfortably stay on the foldout couch with their own full bathroom right off the kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful weekend in this adorable home.

We really, really appreciated the location near Pearl St and also near several trail heads. It has fabulous top-of-the-line appliances, cabinetry, electronics, very fast internet, and decorations. I knocked off a star because of some livability issues, including : the 2nd floor had no window coverings and those bar stools were uncomfortable and the only table seating.

We loved our time at this charming, clean, well-appointed property in a great location that allowed us to explore Boulder! Deanna was wonderful - we had a last-minute question for her on the morning of our check-in and she was responsive and so helpful. We really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable spaces, and great location of this property!

We had a lovely 3 night stay while visiting our youngest who attends CU Boulder. The home was spotless when we arrived, the kitchen is well-equipped to make home-cooked meals, the location is perfectly situated in a quiet alleyway walking distance to Pearl Street shops and restaurants and we enjoyed watching it snow through the skylights. Deanna was easy to reach and a pleasure to work with, the check-in process was simple, and we were delighted with the very well thought-out remodel. We look forward to staying here again in one of our future visits.

This property is just perfect for a couple! The design and finishes are gorgeous, the entire space was spotless, and had a kitchen perfect for cooking. It was within walking distance to Pearl St. and its many dining and shopping options.

Top to bottom great spot for 2ppl. Walking to Pearl st easy and all the amenities from the TV to the AC to the shower work and are great! Def. would stay here again!

This space was perfect for us and the location can’t be beat. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the location was perfect for a stroll down Pearl St for shopping and meals. The owner contacted us prior to our stay with necessary information and once inside everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. Located on a quiet neighborhood street, it was clean, comfortable and there was ample space indoors and out. All in all it was excellent. We will certainly look to stay here again for future visits.
