About this condo rental

Situated in Ocean City, this lovely condo for R 3,633 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. The condo is 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds and a full bed) and 2 full baths. There is also a queen-sized pull-out sofa. The unit is oceanside, so no need to cross any streets to reach the beach. You are literally 50 feet from the sand. The entire unit flooring consists of hardwood, tile, or marble. The kitchen was completely remodeled including new oak cabinets and tile countertops with all necessary appliances (some appliances were not updated but were still modern). There is a brand-new washer and dryer within the unit. You will see the view from the private front balcony as well as the living room is truly breathtaking regardless of the time of day. There is one guaranteed parking spot with the unit along with free street parking right in front of the unit. Linens, towels, personal pillows, and all paper products must be provided by the renter. Cost is a bell-shaped curve peaking in July and August. I am accepting weekly or monthly rentals only during the peak season. Outside of July or August, we can discuss a cost-per-night stay if desired. Discounts are applied for multiple weeks rented. I arrange a cleaning service. All photos were taken in 2022-2023. See the truly breathtaking view for yourself! Upgrades that were previously described took place during the recent off-seasons. Both bedrooms were completely repainted and fitted with large flat-screen TVs. A new larger flat screen was installed in the living room as well. The master bathroom was completely remodeled to include marble flooring and a walk-in shower. A new refrigerator, a new Air Conditioner, and new living room furniture have all recently been installed.

Beautiful condo with an oceanview. Everything was clean and comfortable. Able to see the sunrise on the balcony to your right and the sunset on the balcony to your left. Steps from the beach. Very quiet. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend ❤️

Overall this property was a great place to stay. It is in a good location to a lot of fun places that my family likes to go to. Close to the beach so very convenient to go back and forth. The only thing that was inconvenient was we were told we could not check in till 4, so we did not arrive till around 4:15pm and the cleaning people had not been there yet. They arrived at 4:25 and we had to wait in the parking lot for over an hour while it was being cleaned.

The condo is perfectly located within walking distance of many activities like the broadwalk, several restaurants, mini-golf locations, and Dumster's ice cream. The beach is just steps away, and the ocean can be seen from the condo balcony. To add, the condo parking is extremely assessable and reserved during your entire stay. The condo was very clean when we moved in and the property owner had excellent communication as he provided clear directions for both arrival and departure. The furniture was also very comfortable and the second bathroom was a great feature for a group of 7 adults. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo for your next beach vacation!

The property worked well for my family of 4 adults plus two kids and an 11 month old. It was nice having two bathrooms and a TV in each room. The dining table was big enough for all of us to sit together. It was close to the beach but also well located for trips around town or to the mainland for excursions. There are a lot of family-oriented things to do in OC. If I return to OC in the future, I would not hesitate to stay here again. The owner was responsive to questions and prepared me for what to expect.

We've stayed at several private units in the past, Kevin's lodging has no competition! Very clean, updated, uncluttered, tastefully decorated and you can see the ocean from balcony. Kevin is spot on in communicating with renter. We will definitely be staying with Kevin again.

The place was very clean and the check in/out process was seamless. It’s less than a half block to the beach which is so nice! The owner was very quick to respond with any questions and is easy to work with. I’ve already stayed here twice. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was right next to the beach. We were able to fit four adults and four kids with plenty of space. The balcony area was nice and big and provided a nice space to relax and see the ocean. We will definitely be back again!

My family & I enjoyed our week in Kevin's Ocean City property. We found the unit to be clean & comfortable and the location was great. My wife counted 100 steps to the beach. There are restaurants within easy walking distance & the boardwalk is a short drive away. Parking is a little bit of a problem if you have more than one car but we always managed to find a spot on the street. We would stay here again if and when we go back to Ocean City Maryland.

This unit was great. Easy beach access. View for of the ocean and bay from the balcony. Everything we could want in the kitchen and nice sofa and beds. A second bathroom was great! The host was great with perfect communication and very friendly.

Everything was as advertised or nicer. Could probably throw a baseball to the beach. The street parking was plenty. Walking distance to a lot of attractions. Attentive owner. Was cool first time in Ocean City. Seacrets is wild.

No disappointment, pretty much what I expected. No problem with my stay, the location is fine and it is convenient to the beach. Owner is a little exacting regarding rules about how you maintain and leave the apartment, seemingly obsessive about avoiding maintenance expenses, but nothing onerous. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep, reasonably priced, and fairly well located, this is a good choice for a rental. This was what I was seeking for my short stay. If you are looking for something that offers even a modicum of lavishness and opulence you'll need to find another place, but the price point should have told you that already. In short, a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay while you enjoy what Ocean City has to offer.

Location and property were good. Just a few things that could have been better such as; 1) previous renter didn’t clean bathrooms, sweep and vacuum up sand,dirt,crumbs from floors. ( maid service?) 2). Bed covers could have been in better shape 3) outside shower wasn’t working
