This 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor, end unit at Island Club sits on a beautiful property with a lagoon view from your private deck. The lagoon view includes a beautiful fountain that seems to be centered from your deck which includes access to the grounds. Our unit is less than a five minute walk to the beach. With the open kitchen, you have access to the living room that is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa. Washer & dryer across from the kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. The bathroom features a newly tiled tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a newly tiled walk-in shower. Fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that seats six, along with a wide beautiful sandy beach, Island Club offers an outstanding vacation environment. Not only is Island Club an oceanfront resort, but has beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways that lead to the beach and sundeck. The complex features 9 tennis courts with 7 clay and 2 Hard courts, a fitness center, basketball courts and fishing lagoons. There are charcoal and gas grills right off your private deck, a picnic area by the beach with lawn games such as corn hole and lawn golf as well as a children's playground. The pools are centrally located in the complex. There is a zero-entry children's pool with a mushroom fountain, hot tub, a tanning shelf and a large lap pool. The pools can be seasonally heated. You can also rent bikes on site as well. All this behind a secure gated community to put your mind at ease.

This property is exactly as advertised! We stay here each year for our Christmas. We love that the island is a little more easy going and not so crowded this time of year. Excellent corner unit that is easily accessible. This year our whole family was sick and they worked with us to try to be as flexible as possible on our arrival time.

This was our 2nd time staying & we will for sure stay here again! The condo is ideally located near the beach, shopping, and amenities on site. The kitchen is well stocked & the condo very comfortable for a group of 4. Communication is great with the owners & we appreciate their quick responses to our questions. Thanks again for a great stay!

Property was clean and well kept. only items where bathtub drain plug was broken and microwave oven was a little hard to figure out how to operate.

Great condo in a great location! Short walk to the beach (5ish minutes), and even shorter walk to the pool. Right outside are many tables to eat at overlooking the lagoon. There are a few lawn games outside too (we played out there many days). Beach is fantastic - never very crowded. Island Beach Club is in a great location too - grocery stores, restaurants and so many activities are so close. We had a wonderful time - this was a great condo for us to rent. Owner was very responsive as well. Thank you!

Listing was Ocean Front; was at least a quarter of a mile walk. One guest in our party needed easy access to beach due to being handicapped, and this made her trip miserable. One of the bathrooms was terribly dirty and had to be cleaned with bleach before using which was uncalled for in my experience. We also had to vacuum as the floor was dirty. Greatly disappointed. Otherwise the beach was beautiful and area much enjoyed with great restaurants and beautiful scenery.

Grills, tennis, pickleball and cornhole right outside the door. Easy five minute walk to the uncrowded beach. For an older resort it is very well maintained and cared for. The staff we encountered were very friendly and happy to assist with any questions. We rented bikes on-site for the week and definitely recommend doing so. Biking on the beach at sunrise is a must do. Communication with the owners could not have been better. Quick to respond to emails and eager to make sure our stay was memorable. I had a question on the day we arrived and called Kevin. He answered right away and was a pleasure to deal with. We had such a positive experience that we would not hesitate to book this same condo again.

Very nice area
Island Club resort has a nice set up. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
This unit is right beside tennis courts, corn hole game and grill/eating area so expect some noise right outside your window. It might be really tight for 6 adults. The unit is decorated very nicely and livable. It’s a good walk to the beach. The trees and plants in the area are beautiful.

Location of the property is terrific, close enough to everything and far enough away from the crowds. Quaint condo with just enough room. Our group of four was very comfortable and would rent again. But - take extra supplies, you will need them (ex. paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and kitchen towels). What was supplied was much less than adequate for a small group of women.

Ahhh Relaxation!
Five stars!
Overall we had an excellent experience staying here. The unit is so comfy and made us feel like we were at our home away from home. Being on the first floor with our own private deck and right there at the grills and cornhole boards was great as well. It was only a short walk to the beach that took us past the two lagoons and pools. Our daughter loved the lawn games and playground right before the walkway to the beach. She also loved being able to walk out onto our deck and relax or walk right down to the lagoon and see some turtles. We were sad when we left because we had such a good time!
The owners were so kind and were super easy to reach if we needed them as well, which really makes you feel great as a renter.
The only negative is one that the owners have no control over, and that's hearing the folks upstairs. We brought box fans for sleeping and that helped alot. 😊

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The fountain view is beautiful through the sliding doors by the back deck. The deck area was very relaxing listening to the fountain. There is a play area right next to the condo with corn hole and picnic tables and grills for grilling meals. Our grandson loved fishing in the pond with his Pawpaw and spotting turtles. The flowering bushes smell amazing. The walk to the beach is approximately 5-10 minutes (2 routes you can take). We also enjoyed playing pickle ball and the grandkids loved swimming in the pools. The sunrise at the beach is amazing and a must see! The beach was not crowded and very clean. The people were very friendly. The kitchen was updated and had plenty of cooking utensils. Access to the condo was very easy. The owners were quick to respond whenever we contacted them. The Island Club was very well kept with nice landscaping, bushes and plenty of shade. The staff was very friendly. One stopped and congratulated our grandson on a fish he caught. There is easy access to the highway and many restaurants and stores. Sea Pines and Harbour Town are also a must see. We saw dolphins while on the beach and while at Harbour Town. There are 3 putt-putt courses nearby. We hope to return here sometime soon!

The unit was on the end of the building right next to the grilling area and has a great deck that backs up to the pond which had an awesome fountain. The weather was so perfect that we turned off the A/C and opened both screen doors and enjoyed the sounds of the fountain and the cool air coming off the ocean.
We especially enjoyed walking along the pond and seeing the ducks (and ducklings), turtles and one afternoon we even had a bald eagle dive into the pond before flying off again.
The beach was a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool was even closer. Most everything that we needed was within a couple of miles and the great dining experiences that we had were at most a 10 minute drive away.
This is a great place and we cannot wait until we can come back and stay again.

Hilton Head get away!
We enjoyed the Condo, the view off the back porch -fountain in small lake was nice. The hot tub & pools were open & busy. You can see the pools from the back porch .
Just a short walk to the beach, the beach is very clean. Enjoyed the access of the first floor, only thing - our upstairs neighbors were heavy walkers/ runners ( child ). Condo had beach chairs, tennis rackets and pickle ball rackets that you could use while there and the tennis courts were next to the condo. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items.
Can't wait till the next trip we take.

First time to Hilton Head. Great condo in a great location. Short walk to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The owner was very quick to respond to all of our questions. Easy access to the walking/biking paths. Loved the view of the lagoon too. Highly recommend!

As advertised- clean, very nice amenities (coffee was an overlooked item on our behalf but we were in good hands!). Good location with access to the beach and nice facilities (weather didn’t cooperate for checking out the pools). Would suggest and recommend to others!
