Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. The ground floor features a spacious living area with flat screen tv and tons of seating for guests to socialize and hang out! Guests will love cooking in the newly updated kitchen. The kitchen provides a larger amount of space to cook family meals with ease, and its fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The dining area is located off the kitchen and living room. The dining table seats 8 guests, and is the ideal spot to enjoy a meal! Guests will love spending time in the perfect backyard paradise! This beautiful backyard features a private pool & hot tub! The pool area is very spacious and provides plenty of room for the entire group to swim, tan, and relax in South Padre Islands tropical climate! The master bathroom is gorgeous and entails a walk in tile shower and new bath tub!. Two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the second level as well as a massive 2nd living area! The first guest room features two comfortable queen beds. The second guest bedroom offers two full beds and a twin trundle bed.. The bedrooms open into a second living area with a flat screen tv and an access to the second level balcony! 123 E. Huisache offers a great floor plan and each bedroom is tastefully decorated! The house was huge. We did not even go upstairs. It was well decorated and had every thing we needed. My only complaint was that smart TV I could never get the cable to work.

The property was excellent! Everything was absolutely beautiful. The pool was amazing. Everything about this home is comfort. I enjoyed my stay tremendously.

Our group was only 5 people and this house accommodated all of comfortably. The upstairs felt like its own apartment with a swing door for privacy. There was also a balcony for added enjoyment. There was a very thing needed for a great vacation. The customer service for rental was on top of everything and made it easy to work with. Will definitely stay again.

Has a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! Big and roomy and a couple of minutes to the beach. Beds were super comfortable throughout the house and all the amenities were great! Would definitely recommend.

Was talking to my family about in all the years we've gone through SPI Rentals , this is the best place we've stayed in. We really enjoyed our stay. Besides a few minor details, TV's problem in tuning due to internet, which kept going off and a little problem in the upstairs bath, the sink needs a bit of attention, everything else was great. Wouldn't mind renting the same unit again.thank you SPI Rentals.

This property was super clean and comfortable to stay in for a family of 7, and the location was very convenient for beach access. If you do bring a dog, there’s just a small grassy area in the backyard for them, but you could otherwise easily walk them down the street to do their business if needed. Communicating for check in and check out was very easy, and they were quick to accommodate us with a garage remote when we requested one. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

Came for a week of kiteboarding. Wind was disappointing but the rental was great. Clean and quiet, 3 min walk to beach.

The property was a clean blessing after an extremely disappointing first VRBO (104 E Polaris Drive). We were happy to see clean dishes, linens, enough towels, beds, and paper towels. The pool and hot tub were clean, and we enjoyed using both. X

Well-provisioned, very clean home. Easy check-in. Small grass patch for dog. Good outside lighting back and front of house. Lots of counter space in kitchen (great for folding laundry)! Very comfortable living great room space. Highly recommend!

Everything was great. internet went down a few times. Called and they were there with it fixed within minutes! minutes I tell you!
Don't mind the walk to the beach. It is shorter than some condos I have stayed in with beach front views. the walk is nice and takes about 3 minutes.

We had a marvelous time, the house is spectacular, spacious, and clean. We also enjoyed the bicycles provided and were able to ride around the beach. The best part was of course, the pool. We will definitely be returning soon.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Everything from arrival to departure. The house and location were great couldn't of asked for better, there was 10 in our family and the accommodations were superb. House was very clean, great location, less than a 2 min walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat in walking distance, everything was perfect just as described in the advertisement. My family and I were very happy with everything. Definitely will stay here again in the near future and most definitely recommend this property. Great staff! Thank you SPI for making our stay memorable.

Property is so close to the beach, and the main strip. It literally is the perfect location! It's clean, and roomy, and the pool is a plus! Only negative is that it's not very well stocked, so be prepared to have your own towels, extra toiletries and paper towels, etc. if staying for a while.

Property very well maintained. We had an a/c issue which they partially resolved within 45 minutes. Then returned early the next morning to replace the unit.
Very pleased with all their responses!!

South Padre Island is where I want to be when I want to be at the beach. This house gets 5 stars for design, decor, and simplicity. It has what you need and it looks great.

What a beautiful place to visit! The house was perfect for me and my whole family. Plenty of room for all of us including our pets!! The beds were super comfortable. Please tell me what kind they are. My husband has chronic back pain and was perfectly comfortable on these mattresses, a life saver. The kids loved having their own space upstairs. The pool is shallow but perfect for in between beach trips and very safe for children. Oh, and the beach is only a minute away. Tons for the family to do. The house has everything you need to cook and feel at home. We will definitely be booking the Stella Luna house again. Thank you SPI for making our family vacation perfect!!

Stella Luna is a beach dream
Stella Luna is a great beach house. It is only a couple of homes away from the beach and the beach access is right at the end of the street. The house is open, spacious, and has everything you need to settle in and enjoy your vacation. South Padre Island is an oasis. The beach is clean and the water is warm. So many different birds to see in the air and dolphins and sea turtles playing in the water!! SPI is a great mix of all ages and backgrounds, overall a great vibe.
