We had a wonderful stay. The West Vail location was perfect for our needs. The bus stop was super convenient to get to the mountain. The unit was well equipped, the remodeled bathrooms were great, and the communication with the owner for check-in/check out was seamless. A great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Great family ski vacation in Vail. Tom's condo is very spacious, well appointed and convenient. Having the bus stop right outside the door was so great as it allowed us to come and go as we pleased. The teenagers didn't have to be the first ones on the lift like us adults :)
Condo had everything you could need to cook a nice meal. Beds and showers were great, too.

We had such a great time staying here! We came for a Christmas family trip and it was perfect.
The house had everything you need, including additional supplies and tons of linen. Good space to accommodate all of us. We utilized the fireplace on a few days when it was in the teens and single digits, it warmed up the whole house.
Bathrooms are renovated and look amazing. Beds are INCREDIBLE; not sure if all of them were, but I think they were TemperPedic, or at least something similar!
Location was great, 100 feet to the Matterhorn bus stop. Super convenient.
Communication with the owner was great…I usually received a response within 30 min.
Would absolutely stay here again!!

Really enjoyed the stay. Was there for my daughters wedding and the location was perfect — it truly is within walking distance of Donovan Park and Pavilion. Tom was very easy to communicate with both before and during the stay — very responsive. He was great. A few areas of the property were slightly dated but the kitchen and living room area were great. As were the bathrooms— updated and roomy. Two close parking spots, which was very nice. Price was very reasonable but we were there in mid October so not in peak ski season. Overall it was a great stay. And really appreciated Tom’s responsiveness.

Property is a bit older but overall in good condition. Location was fine but non walkable to most places so a car is necessary. Three nice bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom in basement. Both bathrooms were remodeled and nice. Back porch screen door broken and one bedroom missing screen so airflow was somewhat limited. Some outside yard cleanup would help overall appearance. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

We were 2 families spending Thanksgiving in Vail. We were 4 adults and 3 teens. The location was perfect for the slopes. The bus service was amazing. There were 2 parking spots which were great for both families. Everything you need down to a fireplace with wood provided. A comfy relaxing stay!

The house was clean and comfortable but the best part was the location. We were about 30 seconds from the bus stop which took us all over Vail. I would definitely stay here again!

We were in Vail for a beautiful autumn wedding, and this was an affordable and comfortable place to stay for our family of four adults. We had a busy weekend so didn't spend a lot of time in the condo, but we were grateful for this quiet, cozy place to return to. It had everything we needed. We appreciated the nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Communication through the vrbo app was great.

We were in Vail for a family wedding at the Donovan Pavilion which is in walking distance from the unit! Our two year old granddaughter (and the rest of us) loved the park there. The vrbo was perfect for our family and appreciated the cabinets being labeled with items inside. Tom responded quickly to any questions I had. Thank you for a great family weekend!!

1st off, we received two separate emails with two separate entry codes to the keyless lock- NEITHER Worked after multiple tries. Arrived after check in with two small children, needless to say any issues were magnified. Called VRBO, got put on a chat which wasn't urgent, however we did get owners contact, we had to call and text a few times until he responded after about 30 minutes - 1 hour he did provide a new code which worked. He did send his maintenance man over and everything worked well from there.
The unit was generally as advertised, but not very clean, floors were covered in fireplace soot or ash. The unit was a good "value" I suppose, but feel like the photos were very generous. the Deck needed cleaning badly so going in and out added to the dirt in the house.
The description advertises AC in unit, but that isn't accurate, there are 2 or 3 portable AC Units, and since the temps got to 88 Degrees in the day that wasn't good. The Portable units made cold Air but also the compressor spits out hot air and there was no way to exhaust the hot air easily. The first night was 80 Degrees in the condo. Had to rig up every fan in the house to circulate some cold air from the windows/doors. That was a big disapointment since that's one of the reasons we picked the spot.
Many of the plugs in the house were loose and could not hold any chargers or plugs, that should be looked into and could be fire hazard/loose wiring. Also the city was jack hammering the bridge across the street all day during our trip, not the owners fault, but a Hotel would compensate for that.
In all would be good in winter, for a college ski trip or quick trip, but not great for a stay with families or extended time in the unit. There is a basement with more sleeping, but that had a moldy smell so we didn't have our kids sleep there.
I spent alot of time researching this and was excited about this property, and I really don't want to leave this kind of review but it was overall disappointing.
