A large condo centrally located to the beach, pier and shopping. The condo appeared very clean. It was very easy to get up to the unit from the parking area. When we first arrived, the water had a sulfur smell to it, but by the 2nd day it had cleared up. We really enjoyed staying here to celebrate Christmas.

We really enjoyed our stay and wished it could have been longer. The Tybee Island area was a little crazy and congested leading up to the holiday (July 4th), but after the holiday, a lot of folks cleared out and it was a really enjoyable island getaway. There is a lot within walking distance, the beach was clean, the Tybee Lighthouse was very cool, and spending time in Savannah was great. Would also highly recommend Captain Derek’s dolphin tour to those interested. It was one of the highlights of our stay. Regarding the condo rental, we did have an issue with the shower handle breaking in the middle of our stay, but Bill was very responsive and got someone there to troubleshoot it that night with a permanent fix the next day. Overall, I was pleased with how he handled it. Our only complaints would be that the whirlpool tub didn’t work (my wife was looking forward to that) and the family room area is a little cramped for 6 adults. That said, I’d definitely consider going back to Tybee and staying in this condo. Thanks for hosting us, Bill!

Perfect location!! Can’t get any closer to the beach or to restaurants/ shops. Not only was a condo in a perfect location, but it was so comfortable, clean, and spacious for the area! Went on a girls trip with for women and we each have our own bed to sleep in. Washer and dryer was convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed for making cocktails before headed off to the beach. There were lots of beach towels to use and beach chairs. Spent one day going to Savannah, which was only about 30 min away. This condo is also a great location to use as a “home-base” for going into the city as well.

The room itself was very well kept/clean. The location was nice for accessibility to all of your needs. It was just a busy place all around. Some things to look into would be a hose closer to the room for washing off sand. More TV’s and cable for all the rooms. The water dispenser on the fridge to work. New batteries for the remotes and bulbs to many of the lights. The furnace filter needed changed. Overall it was a good stay, and we had a fun time.

We had such an amazing time on Tybee and we were blown away with the condo. It was definitely beautiful and so clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay and the convenience to restaurants and the beach!

This condo was fantastic! Very clean, roomy and a perfect location. The owner communicated quickly and anything that you could think of needing was available at the condo. An added surprise was how nicely updated the finishes were and very adorable decor. And, that is coming from an interior designer. We will definitely recommend to friends and plan to stay again. We stayed for 2 nights at this property, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was close to the beach, near places to eat. We've stayed at many rental properties over the years and this is the first property where every cabinet was labelled with what was contained, which helped with locating various things. The only thing that could potentially be improved, is an adjustable shower head in the bathrooms.

This condo is really nice - terrific location steps from the beach, lots of space, beautiful decor, and very clean and comfortable. Having access to the beach chairs and towels makes it a breeze. Parking is good, and it's easy to hop over to Savannah. The only suggestion would be to include a couple of additional bath and dish towels (though there is laundry available). Thanks!

I loved this condo! It was the cleanest condo we have ever been in. Location is great it's a short walk from the beach and a restaurant right on that street. It is about 2 streets away from the pier. The only cons we had during our stay was, no laundry detergent (directions ask to start first load but don't provide even a 1 time load). Also there was no shampoo/conditioner. I'm used to not bringing that on my short vacations. I highly recommend this rental!

I own a VRBO in another state so I really appreciate all the work and care that goes into a top notch property with 5 star reviews. The condo is perfect for couples and families and it has everything you need. Beach chairs, beach towels and a well appointed kitchen. We will be back next year.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights in kate December. We spent most of our time in Savannah, but it was nice to come back and have 2 good restaurants right next door to choose from. The condo itself was very clean with everything you needed to feel at home. My son loved that he was able to watch Netflix on the TV since he never can in a hotel. The parking is a little tight, but that's true anywhere on Tybee. We loved the place and would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved this condo. The condo itself was well stocked and maintained. Very clean and homey feeling. The decor was really well done. Beach chairs were a plus. The kitchen was stocked with all you need if planning to cook meals. It’s a short walk to the beach access. Location is perfect, very close to the pier and downtown area. We really enjoyed this stay and would definitely stay here again.
