Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time. This stunning ocean front condo is perfect for any group of friends or family! Opal # 203 features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. The coastal condominium is tastefully decorated and furnished, inviting you and your guests to enjoy the wonders of the ocean, inside and out! Equipped with an open concept kitchen and dining room, this home allows you and your guests to spread out in front of the large flat screen TV, or come together around the large dining room table for a nicely home cooked meal. The kitchen features a oversized kitchen island, all stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all cookware. The first guest bedroom is located off the entry way. Two sets of bunk beds, each featuring twin size beds, can accommodate 4 guests. A private bathroom is also attached to the guest room, with a walk in shower. The second guest bedroom is located directly across from the first, featuring two additional full size guest beds and an attached, shared bathroom. The second guest bathroom also comes equipped with a walk in shower. Each room features plenty of storage space to put away all guest items and closets to store clothing efficiently. The Master Suite is located off the living area and features a beautiful king size bed. The Master also features a large flat screen TV for those wishing to snuggle up for a mid day movie! You and your guests will be eager to slip into the oversized master bath, after a long day on the beach, or read a book in front of your ocean facing window. Prefer to be outside? A private balcony is located off the living room and allows you and your guests to enjoy the sun and the beautiful ocean views. Grab the group and go for a refreshing swim in the elongated pool, or kick back and relax in one of the Opal's two elegant hot tubs! When you are ready to hit the sand, a beach access is conveniently located across the street!

We've booked the third year in a row. SPI Rentals are great. Any call was answered and solved within a half hour. Our rental is the best. A deck to watch the sunrise. Great Master bedroom and bath and don't forget the giant closet. Amazing to have two other bedrooms and two extra bathroom and the showers are great. Having a garage to park in is nice too. Hot Tub was great this year. Thank you.

First timers as winter Texans and loved it! The condo was great and super clean. Having en suite bathrooms was amazing! We had a couple issues and SPI was super helpful and timely. They go to the extreme in customer service!

The condo was perfect for our week stay. The building was secure and family friendly. The location was perfect distance to the beach! the only downside is that the queen beds in the bedrooms were very uncomfortable. They were old and the bed springs would poke you in the back while sleeping. Other than that, the condo was amazing and I would definitely go back.

Loved the condo - Very nice. Loved that each room had a nice bathroom. Kitchen was beautiful. The views were amazing. The living areas and master bedroom had great big windows and ocean views. Location was ideal. Easy access to the condo and pool. Would definitely recommend.

The condo had great ocean views a nice pool and hot tubs, and well equipped kitchen. Our family of 5 stayed comfortably and loved the covered patio and easy access to everything. Was a great way to spend my 50th birthday. Only cons would be the beds being a little unstable in the double rooms and the bunk beds are not suitable for anyone over the age of ten. Also, there was no beach equipment of any kind which made it hard for us as we flew in from out of state. Primary bedroom fan/overhead light was broken but SPI Rentals promptly brought fans over and were very responsive to our needs.

We had an amazing 2 weeks at Opal 203. The space was perfect for our family of 8. Everyone had room to do what they needed and didn't feel on top of one another. We loved that we could wake up to the ocean sunrise on the patio and the beach was just across the street. Never had to worry about a sand filled car. Everything we needed was there. Any problem we had was fixed or addressed very promptly. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

This place is gorgeous. Well equipped and nice placed on the island.
Swimming pool is nice with two hot tubs on the ends.
Private gated parking for the vehicle.
Elevator and luggage cart are available.
Plan on staying there again.

Comfortable, great location close to the public beach access. Provided all the kitchen supplies needed to make dinner in the evenings.

Great location and view
Great property, super close to beach and very nice. Only down fall is listing said there was a grill, but there’s not. At least we didn’t see one on property. Be prepared to bring your basic condiments but these are not deal breakers. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoying! Would rent again!

Only improvement could be checkin. Most properties allow for checkin though door code rather than having to go to an office and key a key. Just an update that could benefit renters. Other than that, all was a great experience.

Great long weekend getaway!
Opal was a fantastic setting for my family's long weekend to SPI! We had stayed in one of the high rises before and the quality of the unit and amenities was no less impressive. The location was fantastic and check in/out was as easy as can be. Can't wait to come back!

My family and I really enjoyed the facilities. There was the perfect amount of space for our family. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves and were able to truely relax. The surrounding area was fun, had tons of places to eat and the beach was not crowed.

Great view!
My family of 4 had a great time at this condo! There is a ton of space, and everyone had their own bed to sleep comfortably at night. We had a couple minor issues that maintenance fixed very quickly. The view is wonderful! Even though the condo is not actually on the beach, there's an unobstructed view from the living room and master bedroom of the gorgeous beach awaiting you. We easily packed our items in a wagon and headed out each morning to spend the day right on the beach. Public access with rinse stations are right there, but there is also a rinse hose inside the parking garage to rinse your feet or items before heading back up to your condo. We walked down to Wanna Wanna a couple times for food and drinks also, and that was a quick 15 minute walk. Would recommend this place to families who like space, a great view, and relaxing vacation!

Great but water pressure was terrible! The sinks in all bathrooms, faucet needs to come out a little farther. You can’t get any water with facet being not long enough and water pressure so slow, and pressure in showers was terrible.

Great time
This was our 3rd time staying on the Island and it was our best! We loved the location and the amount of space was outstanding. We saved a tone of money cooking our own food and being so close to the beach we saved lots of time too. Safe, comfortable and Way above the hotel feel. This was more like home.

Family of eight vacation
The condos location was good. It had boogie boards and chairs to use. The view was awesome. The condo offers one assigned covered parking and on the side of the building for additional cars. The kitchen was fully equipped. Unfortunately, the appliances were not working to par. The blender did not work, the refrigerator was leaking and the most disappointing part was that there were roaches in the kitchen. We were able to narrow down the dish washer was where they were coming from. We had to wash dishes and utensils/cups every meal. In addition, the electrical grill outside did not have dripping pan and the standing legs were unstable, made it very difficult to cook and especially clean. If they are able to fix these problems the condo otherwise was comfortable for a party of eight.
